Pretty sure these have been USED.
The pliers did not arrive in original packaging and appear to be Used. The "Vise-Grip" wording is worn, the hinge is a bit greasy and the area around the hinge is a bit notched and scratched. However they are in good enough condition and the price is okay so I decided not to argue as I do want a pair. Still, these should not be sold as new when they probably aren't.

Really good pliers
These pliers are awesome. I bought them to remove hard to reach pins on my antique truck shift rods. But already came in handy on that retainer nut for my spinning reel and a few other things I'm sure they weren't designed for. Great grips, and real teeth on the jaws, not like the cheap pliers. Have the 90 and it comes in handy time & time again, this is another tool that comes in handy to. ( bent the old set doing a no no.) these are good quality pliers that are another must have in your tool box, sad to see these made in China too. have to live with it I guess. still well made & fair price.
