Curved Embroidery Scissors - Sharp 3.5 inch with Leather Case & Keychain Ring

almost got caught up w/the fancy engraved scissors for 2-3x as much $; but, in the end, I just needed a small pair of scissors and these are great. As described, they come in a leather (like-leather) black pouch w/key chain attached, so finding a place on my peg board was easy.I like the idea of one/two piece construction for scissors, and the more decorative ones seem to be encased in a decorative sleeve. If you just want a good pair of sharp scissors this size, you found em.If, over time, I notice them getting dull, I'll update. I only use on thread/fabric (so far).

I appreciate that they came in a protective pouch, they look just like the picture and are exactly the size I was expecting. But I expect scissors to actually cut.Too bad, because these would have earned a 5-star rating for fast shipping and the way they were packaged. *SIGH* If only they did their job. :/

These are nice quality embroidery scissors. Sharp and tight. Not quite of the same heft or precision as a pair of Gingher embroidery scissors, but considerably less expensive. On the flip side, the leatherette case is quite nice, fully enclosing and protecting both the scissors and your fingertips.

The case is very nice to have and it protects the scissors when I carry them in my bag to sewing group. They are not as sharp at the tip as I would have liked, though (I am comparing them to a pair I borrowed to do the same job)..

I bought these for my daughter to keep in her dance bag and she uses them to cut her toe tape. They are made well and very sharp.
