Someecards Office Mad Libs Paperback – March 3, 2015

I gave this to my boss, and I saw it on his desk. I think he enjoyed it....In the olden days, the mad libs were extremely popular. They are a great fun way to spend some time with people you know well enough that they won't be offended when the story line turns wild. In case anyone is too young to understand: The mad lib will ask for different kinds of words, and the people involved will offer their choice: verb, name, noun, adverb etc. Then, when the words are collected, the group turns the page, and the selected words are inserted into blanks. The blanks are part of a story, that turns into something unusual. Sometimes hilarious. sometimes scary. It depends on the words that are selected and how wild the group wants to let the story become. STRICTLY for fun. Nothing serious intended.

I bought this to use as an ice breaker for staff meetings. Well, I can use it with modifications. Many of the libs refer to content that can not be safely shared in a modern office in my judgement. So, if I just replace some language, sexual situations, and substance abuse references then I'm good to go. A few libs can be used 'as is'.

Hilarious! Used these for a team building exercise and it was so funny how the stories turned out. Some are a little on the provocative side, so read through if you are going to use these for work. I just changed up the words. But geezum, everyone could relate and really brought the group together!!!

I got this for my wife to take to her office. There are some days that are stressful that I thought they needed something to help lighten the mood. They have done several of these and have had a great time and doing them. She said they are usually crying from laughing so hard.

I ordered this madlibs book to play with my family at the Thanksgiving table. It was such a big hit with all 4 generations present. We are going to make this a family tradition from now on!

I got this as part of a secret santa gift for my co-worker, who is an English teacher. She loves it and says it is great. Some thing fun to do around the break room table. Great fun for those who think outside the box :)

Pretty funny. I have only played a few so far and most of them were fun. Do wish it was longer.

I assumed these would be a bit more adult than they actually are since they're listed as adult mad libs, and since they're from the Some eCards brand, which I've found to be hilarious, but so far they've been a pretty big let down. Okay for what they are, but they still feel like children's Mad Libs to me (unless they get more adult as you get further into the book).

Really enjoyed playing this game with the family.As expected some stories made no sense, but that is all part of the fun!

Bought this one as something to change up the days at work. Absolutely worth it.

Not a lot to say. Love all of these so this one was a nice addition to my collection. Always a good time.
