Does this work for a 26 bycicle?

It doesn’t work at all total garbage

Does this have deflator function as well?

Yes it deflates tires very well, it doesn't pump them up but it deflates them fine.

Is there a place to store the needle in the pump?

They come in a plastic bad. Ther is not spot i have seen for storing anything on the pump. I cary mine in the tire repair kit.
