Give them a chance
UPDATED:The QC team for this product is awesome. I reached out on a WEEKEND and they got back to me in just a few hours. They fully refunded me and I got to keep the mugs, but they are still lower quality mugs than I had hoped so I am keeping my review at 4 stars but they are a very friendly team.PREVIOUS REVIEW:I’m so upset with this set of cups. Most of them have been scratched and the straws were in such poor condition. I was furious when I opened these and saw the state they were in. Now I understand copper mugs are often not the same color but when there are obvious scratches on the mugs that’s where I draw the line and the straws look used. It’s appalling.

Good product
My only concern is the finish. While drunk (as these are intended for), I started scratching my fingernail at the side of the cup to discover it would periodically catch and feel like I was chipping away at something. Bare copper will clearly oxidize over time, so the only way to maintain the shiny luster is to coat it, but I wonder what the coating is, why its so easy to chip by a typical drunk person, and why in the world it is also on the inside of the cup. At the end of the day, I am very happy with the product as it is actually copper and the handles are soldered on solid. If the coating becomes an issue, I will just strip them and occasionally shine them up with vinegar. For the price, you cant go wrong with these. I am fairly satisfied.

Absolutely gorgeous
I love Moscow Mules. I have been looking for the perfect mug. My husband found this set. They are beautiful and well made. They are not cheaply made. The product is sturdy and crafted beautifully. For the price, it was well worth it. The straws are a perfect size. I highly recommend this product. If you want high quality for a reasonable price, go with this set. I will be telling my friends about this product. I’m glad I bought these.

Beautiful & useful
While this is usually used for different mule drinks, they are great in keeping regular liquids very cold. They look great and keep drinks very cold for a much longer time. I first saw them while visiting my sister and ordered them when I returned home.Gold Armor is a family run committee who use part of their profits for planting trees & helpings kids in need.I’m very happy with the purchase.

Lovely mugs, but a few came with flaws
These are good solid mule mugs with a nice aesthetic. One mug had a chip at the rim, exposing a gray metal under the copper layer. Another mug had a few dark spots inside the mug that would not rub off. These weren't pits, but they seem to be an area where the copper layer wore away. While this was disappointing, I only deducted one star because Amazon customer service helped facilitate a refund.

So far so good - love the handles.
Used these a few times already and washing and drying them immediately after use. No issues and still appear new. People commented on the handles, which I never noticed when I purchased them. So I guess handles are a thing that is missing on some of these but this brand has handles.

Fun addition to the bar!
A set of copper mugs has been on my wishlist for a long time. This is a great set and value. Their customer service is exemplary. I didn’t anticipate the substantial jigger that is included. That was a bonus.

Disappointing
Super disappointed with the appearance of this. Certainly not a giftable presentation. Was shipped with other items in a large box with no damage, so this mug box was packaged in damaged condition. The straws are very scratched. I guess you get what you pay for. Will probably send back.

Great craftsmanship
I got these mugs for a birthday gift and enjoyed my first Moscow Mule in one today. Great product and didn’t have any issues when they arrived. I would definitely recommend these mugs.

Didn’t notice in the picture that the cup is copper and the handle is gold.Wish the handle was copper as well. But not worth it to return.
