This was advertised as being a durability level above their "Tuffy" line of toys, which we have had pretty good luck with -- but we did not find that to be the case.After getting a small hole at the seam the first day (supervised play only), I emailed the company. They suggested it was an anomaly and if we repair it with regular thread, the toy should prove durable, and that turned out to be true.We play vigorous tug-of-war and our 80-pound Lab mix has not been able to rip the toy again (supervised play only). However, the squeaker stopped working. There is only one squeaker, which I suspect is because the manufacturer knows the sound makes dogs try to extract the squeaker. He still likes Dolly, though. And we like her large size.If currently priced at $19 like when we bought it, I would have rated this 3 stars. But at today's price around $11, I feel it is a decent purchase -- depending on your dog's needs of course.

My dog ruined it on the first 3 hrs he had.Definitely smaller than expected

As pictured, cute dog toy, good size, my dogs did not tear it apart in 5 minutes, etc. They do rip up toys, what can I say. Buy them cheap so you won't feel too badly when they are reduced to white stuffing that is found all over your house.

It was much smaller than I wanted. She tore it open with an hour. But I sewed it up. Our dog is a golden doodle so she’s large 108 pounds. She loves dolphins and that was the only one I was able to find that said it was durable.

The dolphins we bought for our dogs were made well We have had many made by this company. However the price we paid is what we can buy locally are twice the size. This is what we were expecting.

Very disappointed. The flipper came off in the first 20 mins. My dog was not even playing roughly with it.
