Kathryn Kuhlman: A Spiritual Biography of God’s Miracle Worker Review: Great Book about a Great Woman of God - I've read almost every book about Miss Kuhlman and this one is no exception. I used to listen to her on the radio (AM station), until she passed away in 1976. I will admit it was hard to listen to her because she talked very slow and enunciated every syllable, however if you were patient, you could actually feel God's presence emenating from her through the radio. If you are doubting God and His gifts of healing power, then pick up one of her books and read. If you are downcast, pick up one of her books and read. If your faith is being tried, then pick up one of her books and read. If you are seeking more of God in your life, then pick up one of her books and read. If you feel that the whole world is on your shoulders and God is against you, then pick up one of her books and read. In the past 100+ years, there haven't been too many people born on this earth like Kathryn Kuhlman. She was born on May 9, 1907 and died on February 20, 1976 and gave her life to Jesus in 1921. From then on, nothing was ever the same. She served her Master faithfully until the day she died. Yes, she did fall for a short time, but instead of allowing that to sidetrack her, she repented and got right back up and continued her walk, still doing what He wanted her to do all over again. This book is one testimony of that: Story upon story of God using her in a dynamic healing ministry. Did she pay the price for all that? Absolutely and that's why there aren't too many of them around anymore: no one is willing to sacrifice their lives for God to use them in that manner. The healings are listed in this book, but most of this book is more of a personal bioptic--a glimpse into what made Kathryn who she was--and what was required of her life for God to be able to use her. Her first "miracle" was a person healed of a tumor; the next was a person who was legally blind...and it kept going from there. By the time Ms. Kuhlman died, THOUSANDS have been healed, yet she was humble enough to give all the credit to God. In most of her services it was standing room only. This continued this way until her death. I gladly recommend ANY book on Kathryn Kuhlman without hesitation. My only regret is that no one else has been able to "stand in the gap" (Ezek. 22:30). Review: Great book! - I love Kathryn Kuhlmann! This book is good. I learned a lot about her and her ministry. I got a lot out of it. Kathryn Kuhlmann is such an inspiration and her love for God was beautiful.

Excellent General
This book gave me a deeper understanding and appreciation of Ms. Katheryn Kuhlman. I love her hunger and thirst after God which shows in her sacrifices of life. And it encourages me to never stop being zealous about my relationship with God and His Supernatural Glory.

Powerful Woman of God!
What an encouragement to us all. Kathryn was truly able to surrender her own agenda for a life full of the power and presence for God. Lord help us all to lay down our own plans and experience at least a small portion of walking in His power. Great book.

So inspiring
I really enjoyed reading this book and learning the secret to Kathryn's success. "Die to self". I found some of her thoughts and choices familiar to my Christian walk which encouraged me to keep going, pay any price and seek His face. Recommend this book to Christians who are hungry to know god more and encounter the Holy Spirit.

She is amazing!
It really helps to read about the past heroes. I think we have a lot to gain from them. I appreciate the author’s perspective and ability to relay the message that he desires to give. I will read more from him.

Inspiring
I loved the character of Kathryn, how she says she dies 1000 times every day and is a friend of the Holy Spirit . Thank you, Roberts Liardon, for your hard work and dedication

A Mighty Love!
I am graduating from the Columbus School of Supernatural Ministry at Zion Christian Fellowship in Powell, Ohio in Jan 2014. One of my assignments is to write about a revivalist of my choice. I was prompted by the Holy Spirit to write about Kathryn Kuhlman. She is one of the most fascinating women of all time. Yes, her ministry has extremely blessed and challenged me as my relationship with the Holy Spirit deepens day by day. It is the desire of my husband and myself to bring the activated awareness of the Holy Spirit to all churches as we were told to do in "The Great Commission". His Blessings, Ann Proodian

Absolutely worth reading. What an inspiring woman. A real heroine of faith. I pray with all my heart that one day I'll be like her. It's not the ministry in itself nomatter how amazing it was. It's the woman behind it... thanks so much for taking the time to write this biography...

This was a great read about an amazing woman who knew what it was to walk intimately with the Holy Spirit. It really inspired me to press deeper into the things of The Lord and to get to know the Holy Spirit as she did. God can do amazing things through us, to reach the lost, when we are submitted to Him. Touching on a period in her life when all was not going well only serves to remind us of our own human failings.....BUT GOD.....is bigger than that! A must read for anyone who is serious about walking in the power & anointing of The Lord!
