form the minute i placed the order , the owner of the company made contact , offered superb advice over colour and fabric etc etc , when it arrived shortly after , it was delivered well protected and wrapped , These are craftsman made headboards , not like some of the rubbish on the market ,and i have to say it looks stunning when we fitted it to the bed , fantastic quality and well built , i would recommend this company 100%

Ordered it on a Sunday, within half an hour was contacted to confirm the options. So glad they did as I changed my mind about the colour based on them sending swatches! A few days later it was here. Couldn't believe it. The quality and attention to detail is excellent. The only snag was the delivery was ground floor only (not a problem for me as I'm able to move heavy things) so just make sure you tell them about your delivery needs

Great product at great price. + Really good customer service. Must say good things about Daniel. I had my original purchase delivered, without checking the stairs it end up not possible to bring upstairs. Daniel did all the amazing communication (10+ calls) to keep me updated at the progress and sort out a replacement, tricky logistics and all. Now my replacement was installed and looked amazing! Great work!

This headboard is probably the best value for money product I’ve bought in a long time. It’s absolutely gorgeous, it’s sturdy and just perfect for my Holiday Let property.I have to admit though I was beginning to worry about whether there was going to be an issue with dispatch and delivery because communication from the Seller wasn’t great although they seemed to be on the ball with requesting my email address after I placed my order.All in all though I'm chuffed to bits and really do love it!
