- Cardamine pratensis (Cuckoo flower or Lady's smock) Native to the UK. Generally known as the cuckoo flower as it coincides with the first cuckoo sound. Mounds of pale green ferny foliage with pale lilac blooms. It is one of the food plants of the Orange Tip butterfly. Perfect for enhancing unsightly gaps around pond edges and providing resting places and food sources for all manner of visiting insects. Grown in Lincolnshire. 9cm bareroot supplied.
