I bought this and a quality felt/wool pad to go on a hardwood floor under my office chair. It is thick and very comfortable. I did have to get used to the fact that I couldn't roll my chair around like before but once I got used to that, I love the rug and pad. It is thick enough to provide a good protective cushion to my floor. It looks great too. It will shed a little but that should recede with time. I have learned to position my office chair where I can swivel in and out of it with ease without having to move the chair. For me, the choice was between a more substantial protective rug or a thinner, less protective rug. I had the former. It wore out quickly. This rug should last for a long time.

I am so pleased with the quality and performance of this entry mat. It is heavy and dense enough to leave dirt on the surface. The natural fiber does not mar hardwood, and the neutral color tones do not draw attention away from my lovely Royal Palace area rug. I have only vacuumed the rug when it was in need of cleaning. It released the soil easily and still looks like new after a few weeks of muddy shoe traffic.All in all, this is a terrific value and one of my best purchases.

It is a well-built attractive throw rug. My dog has recently started to dig at the carpeting. The rug covers a bare spot in-front of a closet.I think this rug would look good anywhere because of the design and neutral colors.

The rug is gorgeous. The rug gets compliments. I like the rug a lot. But the rug sheds like an old hairy dog. Every morning I walk into my kitchen to see the linoleum floor covered in a fine fuzz of jute fibers. No big deal. I grab the broom and sweep the fibers out the back door. But I'm going to deduct one star from my rating for the simple reason I didn't need to sweep my kitchen floor every single morning before buying this rug.

Beautiful Rug!! Needed to replace a MUCH loved rug after a coffee accident. And this one was PREFECT. Be advised that the colors are FAR more rich in real life than in the picture. It is thick and comfortable, unlike most rugs of the same material.

This is super cute but it does look different than pictured. The tassels are much longer and the color is not as white as pictured. Still cute, but didn’t work for my space.

Disappointing product. The rugs were oddly and unevenly shaped, more like a blob with rope like edges that were much thicker than the middle that felt lumpy and uncomfortable underfoot. Returning.

Best Jute I have seen. Soft to stand on and not prickly. Nice color. I love it.
