Best dryer balls ever.
Decided to try these to help bring down the cost of doing laundry. I have ultra sensitive skin so I was with free and clear laundry detergent and baking soda. I don’t use fabric softener because it says not to use it when using the dryer balls. I dry my clothes with the dryer balls until they’re almost dry and then I put a little essential oils on the stars and throw them back in for 5-10 minutes and my laundry smells great without the harsh chemicals from fabric softener and dryer sheets. They’re a little loud. The dryer balls come in a fabric bag with directions on how to use them. I definitely recommend. I love stars ⭐️ and the design is really cute. They say they last for 1000’s of loads and I’ve already done at least 30 loads and they’re still like new. They help stop static cling and they are natural organic cotton that you can use a natural essential oil on instead of synthetic scents in laundry products. Plus they’re better for the environment. I hope my review helps y’all!

Great alternative to dryer sheets
I had been meaning to buy wool dryer balls for a while. I am definitely still a big fan of dryer sheets for most loads but don't like to use them for my toddler's laundry because of perfume sensitivity issues, and her clothes were getting so static-y and rough. And obviously dryer sheets aren't great for towels. I was kind of hesitant to buy the Friendsheep ones because they are noticeably more expensive than some of the cheaper brands...but they are just so cute! And I certainly appreciate the lengths the company goes to to make sure they're ethically sourced. I can't speak to whether they work better than other, cheaper brands, but they certainly work well. No linting, even on the first load (the instructions admit that there may be some linting the first time you use them and suggest using them with a load the same color as the balls), and a substantial decrease in static and increase in softness. I certainly have not noticed any sort of wet wool smell (I do not use them with essential oils because of the aforementioned perfume sensitivity issue). I did not notice a large decrease in drying time - I used them, as directed, with the moisture detection setting on my dryer, and it was maaaaaybe a few (2-3?) minutes shorter but nothing substantial like I have sometimes seen advertised - but my dryer is pretty new and already fairly energy-efficient.I admit I do find the bonking noise a little bit annoying (our laundry room is very poorly soundproofed) but I mean, they're dryer balls. That's kind of part of the description.

Love Dryer Balls!
Love my Eco Dryer Balls. They are honestly the best thing in several areas:1. They eliminate static cling from my clothes without using chemicals - no matter how clingy the material. The are better for everything - especially towels and sheets - which seem to dry so much better.2. They do not damage my clothing - regardless of the sensitivity of the material.3. They do not have scent - nor do they pick up scent. I have never tried using essential oils since one of the reasons I enjoy these is that they do not have scent nor have I ever had one pick up scent from anything. That is pretty awesome in my book.4. They do not pick up color. I have never had a dryer ball pick up color from any piece of laundry - dark load, light load - even items that bled when hand washed did not stain the dryer ball. Love this product!5. BONUS: They help eliminate dog hair from my clothes. I have two dogs and using Dryer Balls actually helps get more dog hair out of my clothes. That is a definite win!You do have to replace the dryer balls - depending on how much they are used - after about six months. In my household with 3-6 loads of laundry being run a day, and one person who refuses to give up on dryer sheets, we must replace the dryer balls more often.Note that if the dryer balls are run with the dryer sheets they lose efficacy as the dryer gets a coating on it from the dryer sheet and the balls will pick up that coating. I try to keep my dryer cleaned so that my dryer balls can do their job.

Love these!
We've been using the wool dryer balls for 3+ months and love them. They really help dry the clothing faster. They seem to reduce the amount of static. I have noticed a softness to our clothes that we haven't felt in a long time. I can't do dryer sheets and they ruin a dryer anyways. The wool dryer balls are a great substitute - more natural and effective. The only "down" side is that you do hear them in the dryer. Our dryer is in the middle of the house and we have two doors that close the laundry closet. I used to use tennis balls for drying some things, like down quilt, and they were much louder than the wool dryer balls. It is a soft noise and we've all gotten used to it.

Great
I think they cut down in my drying time, as long as I have enough stuff in the dryer they aren’t to loud. Works great

Best dryer balls ever!
I used a set myself, and made a present of the other two I purchased.Excellent result, everybody very satisfied: electricity saved, no more wrinkles, quick drying. The production chain is 100% eco-friendly (no plastic, tree-free paper only, natural dyes)And these people give work to almost 200 underprivileged and disabled women in Nepal. Worth the price!

Natural product and dry time reduced
Great to use instead of dryer sheets and dry time definitely has come down, but clothes have a bit of static.
