Product does what it has to

Apart from the fact I was under the impession I had ordered 10 units @ 24.95, I received 5 units for l9.95. On checking, I find although the same make and almost the same blurb, there are two types, one type with a black headband and this which is white. Take no notice of the one star review saying they arrived in bits as this is totally misleading. For what it is worth - Visors delivered in an Amazon box inside is another box (manufacturer's box). Inside the manufacturer's box are the pieces with instructions (English included with Spanish but you need to search for wordings but the how to put together is a simple illustration as indeed the pieces are simple to put together to form the finished Visor. Just like buying a flat pack, you have to put the Visor together. When I first saw the headband piece I thought it would not fit my forehead but it does. The elastic at the back can be shortened if a child were to wear it. The instructions also state that it is only to be used in a medical environment and is not individual Personal Protection (PPE) but the plastic use is food grade and fit to touch human skin. The advantage of having to assemble the visor yourself is that had they been sent fully assembled the visor part may have been damaged (as was a neighbour's whom bought some ready assembled face shields that were sent in a plain envelope that the postman folded in half to insert through the letterbox, thus the neighbour's masks were damaged and not fit for use. If you wish to blow your nose, put on your lipstick, or pop a sweet or medication, just remember to manually push up the visor before doing so. I find wearing a visor much more comfortable than wearing a mask, and people can see your face.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Just 3 separate components which fit together easily and quickly. The diagrams are clear to follow for how to assemble. The visor itself appears to be a good quality and is perfectly transparent. I teach and wear glasses and had no issues either reading through the visor or using a computer and seeing the screen clearly. My specs didn’t mist up and the forehead band is comfortable to wear. The slotted elastic strip allows you to adjust the visor for comfort. Initially it felt like it may cause a pressure headache, but I persevered for a few minutes and everything settled down. No headache, and have been comfortable wearing the visor for several hours continuously. Having five separate visors gives me the added confidence in knowing I have spares available at school readily available. I use an antibacterial spray to wipe it down. I have been carefully adhering as much as possible in a school setting to social distancing and taking all sensible precautions as I’m on the shielding list and am classed as extremely vulnerable. The visor has helped somewhat to allay some of my anxieties about being back in the work setting. It has also confirmed the amount of potential invisible aerosol around from others as there was approximately the same amount on the outside of the visor as there was on the inside. Very surprising given my adherence to distancing. Will definitely be purchasing again and highly recommend.

Would have given these 5 stars but the holes in the visor weren’t punched out properly. I had to dig out my trusty single hole punch to be able to fit the visor to the headband. Comfortable to wear & most importantly it doesn’t mist up in use.

These face shields protect you from the droplets other people breath out. You'll get a pack of five. Wear with a mask also (to protect others, especially children). If the face shield steams up then rub a little shaving cream into the inner surface until you can no longer see a smear.The strap fixing can come undone. It's a slit in an elasticated strip which fits over a plastic peg. This is the only problem and easily fixed with a staple.Worth buying to keep YOU and your family safe. Masks will trap the droplets you breath out but the droplets from other people will evaporate and get much smaller by the time they get to you and may pass through any mask you wear.

Do not like then very disappinted in them. Would not buy again

It was easy to assemble and comfortable to wear.When you are disabled it helps to see the person's face.

Work well keeping clear of spectacles. A bit fiddly to assemble. Worse though is that each of tge three clear plastic face pieces had physical damage. It doesn't stop them being used but really isn't good.
