I ride my cruiser bike to my business, a small town yoga studio, and carry things back and forth often. The basket is perfect for that practical use, but even more: people LOVE seeing the bike with the straw basket. They call out. They look for the bike parked by the studio door and know I am in, teaching. It has become part of our branding! It may not last more than a year or so, but I will replace with the very same one because it has such a positive effect on people.

Great basket! I've had this since this past fall, and I keep it outside with the rain and wind. I also sometimes carry my 11.8lb dog in it. Even with this rough treatment, the basket is still fully usable! It's starting to break apart in a couple of places, so I'll be getting a replacement. Overall, with proper treatment, this basket should last you a long time!

Love it! There is plenty of room for a towel, water bottle and sunscreen.

Would give it a 4.5 if I could. You will be hard pressed to find a better basket that has the wicker and the leather handles. I got this after a lot of research to find something that can hold our 8 lbs pom chi. This fits him perfectly. As another reviewer noted, in order to support the basket (front or rear) you need to have the underneath support (I have it up front). You MUST have this as from what I can tell the basket is too fragile to hold anything more than cell, keys etc. I give this 4 stars because the wicker was peeling as soon as I took it out of the box but like I said you'd be hard up to find something better that can transition to other bike models. There are a ton of reviews from people who want to put their small dog in here and a good idea is to use a dog seat belt and attach one end to their harness and the other (with a carabiner) to the slack of the leather strap. As a dog lover, I wanted to pass on my thoughts to other dog people. For those asking on weight limits I would say more than 10 lbs is pushing it.

The media could not be loaded.  This basket was the perfect size to put on the front of my ebike so my little dog can ride on my bike with me. The straps made it easy to mount.

so this basket was too cute and matched my bike SO well, and I’ve been using it for about a week and a half and ALREADY it’s sagged, ripping from the top, and ready to break away from the straps any day now. i use my bike as my primary means of transportation so this is exactly the type of thing i was afraid of when buying something to sustain me from Amazon. utterly disappointed and do NOT recommend - go for a metal basket, it’s not worth being cute for only a week.

Bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. Says she likes it and it has room for lots of stuff. Was on her bike within a couple of hours after getting it. She really likes it.

Easy to install, and also to detach. Makes for a convenient bag in the go while doing small groceries. It can also fit a small dog under 10lbs without fear of breaking. It makes my bike look really cute.

Bought three to put in my foyer to keep scarves and hats and things in. The leather straps made it easy to hang them from a rod and they look great.

I have had many people ask me where I bought the funky cool bicycle basket. LOVE IT! But fell apart after 2 weeks, it only ever held my lunch bag.
