What adhesive would work well with this mat? It looks nice but i dont want it to move around at all in cabinets

I agree with you that this shelf liner looks nice. It is non-adhesive and it does not move around in the cabinets at all. I have used 8 rolls for my kitchen cabinets and pantry already and have no issues to report. Hope this helps!!!

Is this a heavy duty shelf liner? how is its durability? Do you recommand it?

Yes, this liner material is heavy weight, but yet it can be cut easily with nice sharp scissors. My wife used a large pair of 16 inch scissors for nice crisp straight cuts and ordinary paper type scissors for trim cuts. We highly recommend this liner material.

How do I get this material to lay flat?

I had no problem getting it to lay flat. Once you cut it to the size you want and lay it down, it stays flat. At least mine did.
