A very good pan.....big enough to cook most things....non stick if you look after it.

It’s really good. Nothing sticks to it once seasoned. Instructions says that is preseasoned but I did it anyway.

This is an excellent product. I have noticed a few people saying everything sticks. With cast iron you need to season it first with oil and heat to get a layer of none stick surface. And never use soapy water to wash it with. Cooking without is a breeze make sure pan is hot and your good to go. Weight is good for cast iron skillet of this size.

This is obviously a good product BUT, the instructions state, "Before use, fully coat the entire pan (including handle) in oil and bake upside down for one hour. After the hour, leave pan in the oven to cool. Do not plan to to use the oven to cook during this time because it may impact the curing process. Once complete... REPEAT 3 TIMES!!!!!" It then says, "Once this is complete, again coat in oil and heat on the hob.... etc". I bought specifically for a romantic meal, it arrived on time but, the preparation did not allow for the specific use. I haven't returned it because I hope, when I retire.... I may have the time to carry out the seasoning instructions.... I hope I live to be able to use it!!!!!

This is one heavy pan. Once it is seasoned it fries well. The handle is a little small and lifting with one hand a little difficult.

Not non-stick! Not even a little bit. In fact, it’s almost like it was made for food to stick to it. Waste of time having to send back

great pan. Seasoned like they said three times. And stuff does not stick. I have had cast-iron before but I didn't know if it would work with my new glass top. Ordered the 12 inch and it was so heavy and for one person it was too big. sent that one back and Ordered the 10 inch and it is just right. The only thing I didn't like and did not take a star away is the silicone handle protector. I had a cloth one and that works good. The silicone one it is too big and if you have hot stuff it will slip in the handle. If they made one that was smaller it would be perfect.

Excelente producto. Lo he regresado para adquirir uno mas pequeño y de menor peso por cuestiones de espacio. Tambien toman muy en consideracion el aspecto de seguridad ya que este tipo de sartenes de acero fundido son muy pesados asi que incluyen una cubierta de silicon para el asa del sarten y otra en la tapadera..
