These are amazing insoles for people with REALLY high arches. Now don't get me wrong, there's a small possibility you may have arches more pronounced than my left claw foot...but then...what are you, a bird? lolMy left foot has such a high arch that my instep bulges and protrudes so much that I have trouble getting my foot into some shoes...yeah...so far these are the only available inserts I've found that can actually match the shape of my foot.There WAS another brand with a near exact shape as these but it's no longer available on Amazon.Quality wise they've help up to daily use.Though at this point the foam for the toe area has completely compressed and molded to my toes.I'm picking up another set or 2 while they're still available.You're experience may vary.Also no shoe insert can treat or correct extreme foot...er... deformities...But you can aliviate pain by using said inserts and believe it or not... stretching your CALVES.

Had severe pain in my heel even after treating my plantar fasciitis wit first round of injection.. The next set of treatment was to get another injection and if that was also not going to work it was going to be surgery..I tried this insoles after trying so many others... The others were OK but not good enough.. the support this has on the center which keeps your plantar fasciitis stretched and as well as the cushion in the heel area is awesome.. in 2 weeks I had my pain gone and the doctor was surprised and said do what u are doing..I am an active tennis player and I play almost 5 days a week.. this is helping me a lot during my work as well as my tennis .. got 2 more now and using it in all my shoesThe only downside is it's too thick inside your shoes and you need to go one size up on your shoes.. I mean I am a 11 shoe size and now I am getting 11.5 to have these insoles.. if i still want to use a 11 then i remove the insoles from my shoes and replace them with this.. that way I am not in pain after just few hours of wearing this and my legs have no room to move or breathe

I’ve had plantar fasciitis off and on for a few years and finally went to the foot doctor. At first he offered expensive insoles but then said or these on Amazon that are just as good. I was skeptical but he said try them out if you don’t like them we’ll go with the expensive others. I purchased them and they were here the next day. Fellow Amazonians, these insoles work. Can’t recommend them highly enough. They fix my plantar fasciitis pain. I’m still recovering but while wearing these insoles in my shoes I can stand 10 hours a day and be okay. My doctor recommended changing them every 3-6 months which I couldn’t agree with more. Just got my second pair!

Ordered first pair for a friend for Christmas. He liked them. Ordered a pair for myself. Just wore the shoes i put them in the other day. The right one felt great, the left one the bubble near the ball of the foot really pressed in on my foot. Took them out to look at them both. The raised part in the left one near the ball of my foot was significantly bigger. So i have stopped using them. Just figure it was a bad pair on the run is all. It happens. All in all i think one that was not raised so much it would be fine. Would order again to see if it was just a fluke.

I purchased these to provide some added arch support in some of my shoes. I've been impressed with how tacky they are on the bottom, so they do not slide inside my shoes at all, but they also can be easily swapped from shoe to shoe. They are made out of strong material that is both comfortable and seemingly durable.They do exactly what I was hoping for: provide me with extra arch support and comfortableness in certain pairs of shoes that are flat or have worn thin over time. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for added comfort or who needs some added arch support in their shoes (note: the heels and mid-soles are somewhat thick, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend in low-profile shoes, but rather to go with normal sneakers/running shoes, tennis shoes, hiking boots, basketball shoes, etc).

I successfully had a bone fusion to rebuild my foot arch. I have ordered these for all my shoes as it allows me to comfortably walk. They may not be for everybody due to the metatarsal pad but for me they are a game changer. Can't say enough good things about these. Extremely comfortable.

I have a feeling this are very nice but not on my feet or with my hoka shoes. They feel nice and look very comfortable but didn't work well with these expensive shoes. My other shoes inserts don't pull out so I sent these back. Other shoes I own don't work with my plantar fasciitis now so they are in the closet until I find works best.

The insoles are used for Peroneal tendonitis. The arch is pronounced and keeps your foot shaped correctly. They were recommended by my physical therapist. The center of the insole has a raised bump. I have no idea what the science is behind it, but it feels nice! Keep in mind they are full length. It's best for my fit to remove the factory insert from the shoe before using the new VALSOLE.
