This leggins are great, really shape the waist, hips and bum, flatten the tummy and smooth out unnecessary bumps. Don't be afraid to go for smaller size if you want tight fit and compression. I am UK size 16 and I comfortably wear size M. I wear these leggings at the gym, they are suitable for all sorts of exercise. They are not actually seamless, but it doesn't affect the performance.

I got this for workouts and yoga. The fit is good and it's not restrictive nor too loose when training. The only thing I would say is that I'd want it slightly more stretchy but it still does a good job and feel comfortable when I exercise.

They're comfy. You can do any form of exercise and I've not had any issues with riding or rolling. Also comfy for lounging. The support is lacking in them though

I bought size small im a size 10 theses leggings are very stretchy i think size S would fit 10-12 in uk as the front fit was a little baggy round the crouch I would of prefer size XS as im an apple shape rather than a pair shape ( apple shape with a booty ) the booty part fits perfectly and the material is very good 👍

These leggings are very stretchy and not see through at all even when wearing black underwear. However doesnt completely hide cellulite but that is probably because they are quite light in colour.
