Memories of Heaven: Childrens Astounding Recollections of the Time Before They Came to Earth

Fact or fantasy?
After having read numerous scientifically based studies I can openly state that I strongly feel that young children can bring previous thoughts and impressions that occurred before their birth. Reports by J.B. Tucker M.D. and Ian Stevenson, M.D. are quite notable in their breadth and scope of this topic. This book does not reinforce these studies. Instead, it presents a vignette of tales that are either false and fantasy or actually a report on an accurate observation. This book offers no means of separating fact from fiction. In an era when religions are under extreme intellectual scrutiny, a book such as this actually hurts in the over-all search for the truth by presenting casual comments about a very serious topic...………….

Magnificently eye-opening...
For my whole life I’ve always believed there was more to us than our physical bodies. I remember, only once, as a child stopping myself (amid getting in trouble for something I can’t even remember now what it was) and the whole room seemed to empty out of my surroundings, including the people and objects. In that moment I felt peace and asked, “who am I, why am I here?” Although the answer did not come to me at that moment because I was jarred back into “reality” with the screaming voice of my mom’s boyfriend (my own father passed away when I was 7).My life after that moment seemed to just fly by. I’ve always believed in Guardian Angels. It wasn’t until I was introduced to Dr Wayne W Dyer and the whole Hay House family of authors that I started to put together what life means for me, “who I am and why I’m here”. This book covers a topic I’ve always had great interest in, the miracles we call children and their amazing connection to our Divine presence. My wish is that one day we all remember and take that remembrance throughout our whole life and not just as children. Happy reading!

For Those Who Have Forgotten
A friend of mine had two children, a girl, 3 and a three-month old boy. Ever since the baby had come home, the girl had been asking to be alone with the baby. Mom & Dad were reluctant, fearing she might be jealous and wanted to poke at the baby, they put them together, but lingered outside the room. The little girl crawled over to her brother and whispered (loudly) "Talk to me about heaven. I'm beginning to forget." If you like stories like this, you'll love this book. The stories were written and submitted by the parents of children who talked about their experiences before "I came down into mummy's tummy." The style of writing is clear, concise and highly readable. And fascinating. I stayed up late because I hated to stop reading.

A subject near and dear to my heart
I currently am the father of three beautiful children, and although I can't say they have had any experiences like those in this book, I do believe their beauty and innocence is truly divine. This book was enjoyable because along with the interesting stories I felt a greater appreciation for my own children's spiritual worth and beauty. In some ways this book is very simple as it is mostly a collection of anecdotes, however the authors did bring up some good ideas of different ways to view our children and more fully appreciate them. Overall I really enjoyed this book.

Wonderful Collection of Children's Stories from Spirit
I purchased this book mainly because we have one of the stories in the book and wanted a copy to keep for myself and my son. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and all of the stories from other families and parents who have had similar experiences with their young children. It is heartwarming and amazing and ashtonishing to hear all of the similarities in these stories that so many people have shared from across the world. Definitely a good read that offers a lot of validation into our life beyond death.

Wonderful!
I love Dr Dyer's works. So I was very excited to purchase this book. Especially since it is his last. I have read several books on past life regression & past life readings. I am almost through with reading this book. I can highly recommend it. I also think that if a person is just being introduced to the idea of reincarnation, this is a sweet, gentle way to learn more. I have been recommending it to my friends who are beginning to warm up to the idea of reincarnation.

Past Lives
Forty years ago my then 3 year old son said he missed his parents. When I replied that his parents (my husband and me) were here he responded by saying, "No, my other parents!" That has always stayed with me and I was thrilled to read in this book that many, many other children of about that age made similar comments. This book is worth reading if you are wondering about previous existences.

A Great collection of Amazing unexplainable stories spoken by children! A MUST read for anyone with children in their life!
As a mother of 4 boys this brought back memories of when my own children said such amazing things. I reccommend if you have young children or grand children to read this and when you hear them say things like this ask more questions, write down the answers because as they get older they forget. Reading this book I asked my boys about things they used to say and they couldn't remember any of it but to me things they said were so profound they have stuck with me for years!

Weak book.. continue reading though might be good by the end.
I have read the intro and chapter 1. So far its weak. The style is rather too romantic with strong assumptions that are incorrect. The books states it was made from comments and emails received from people so there is no confusion this book is a compilation. I dont however like that the author states angel exists based on emails from other people.Update: at chapter 6, its still weak. Intros to each chapter is absolute rubbish. Authors explain you “have to believe” children; “urge you to”; “i strongly suggest” and other instructions like a dictator that are disappointing. Then goes on to say they have always believed souls are higher beings then say children are not just children...zero logic. Dont buy.

Wow!
Really loved this book. Filled with different stories of children who have spoken of previous lives and the time before they came to earth. There’s so many similarities between the stories that it makes you stop and think! Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Confirmation!
My son aged 30 months, just said one day "I have two daddies. One is in heaven and my daddy here."We wished we had asked him questions about that but we were dumbstruck. We had not spoken of heaven to him. I have never forgotten his words and he is 38 and about to be a father for the first time. When we read this book we knew without doubt he was speaking truth. I hope our new grandchild will likewise surprise him one day.A joy and comfort to read. A wonderful book . Every parent should read it.

Abundant case histories
This is a compendium of hundreds of case histories about young children who describe different aspects of experience before or after their birth. The cases are recorded by their parents. The authors group their stories and the cases are collectively compelling.
