Received product promptly after placing order. Within two weeks of use the usb charging cover had come unattached from unit, opening unit to moisture. Within days the strap started coming apart. Battery life was good for about two, one hour workouts before charging with unit set to medium brightness. The unit was very difficult to read in bright sunlight. Product appeared to record data as advertised. With problems, the unit does not appear to be made well enough to survive daily work outs. I returned unit to the seller, I might add I was charged a 10% restock, as advertised, seems unfair when returning a defective unit.

It's not perfect, so if you are looking for something as solid and smooth as an iPhone, this isn't it.But, considering the much smaller market for people wanting a device such as this, I think it works amazingly well. At least 90% of the time when I check my pulse while running it is accurate. If I'm sweating heavily and running hard, it can lose the pulse briefly, but usually comes back in a minute.I have noticed that if my pulse gets over 170 (when I'm pushing it), it will start to give bad readings until it comes out of that range.It works way better than I expected and am very happy with it.

Was givien as a Chritmas present and the recipient is very Pleased with its operation and simplicity. No more having to wear a chest strap. So A+ in my book.

This is the second ePulse heart Rare monitor I purchased in 18 months. I like it because it reads well in a dark spinning room. The first watch lasted a year until it would no longer recharge. Bought another and it lasted 3 months,as it will no longer pick up the signal for my heart rate. My friend bought the same watch, & it lasted a year, and would not re charge. However, I contacted Impact Sports and they worked with me to get the watch working. When this didn't work, they immediately offered to mail a new watch to me along with a prepaid envelope to return the old watch. Can't beat that customer service. They were great.

Only worked once after a little difficulty with charging. Have put away since it does not regisrer anything.Would not recommend!!
