As others have said, very strong taste (don't spray in the back of your throat), spray to side of mouth or on tongue and let it dissolve away. Great to get the quick nicotine hit and give fresh breath. Pump is very well made and the fact the pump head retracts away is a great feature, lasts a long time.

It will get you to stop smoking but it will also get you addicted to nicotine more than you have ever been before. As the nicotine levels in this are so high and you’ll be spraying all the time. I buy this product every other week. I have been addicted to it for many many years now. I wish there was no sugar in it, it is sweet and it’s also bad for your oral health as it dries out your mouth. Does it work for stopping smoking yes, absolutely. You will not touch a vape or a cigarette. But will this get you off nicotine no, it won’t. It’s so hard to stop this, been trying for a while.
