I've always wanted one of these, but I could never pull the trigger. I've been shaving my head with a 5-blade razor forever. It can be a hassle and time consuming, though. I finally decided to purchase the Skull Shaver Pitbull Silver Pro. It's perfect. I can shave my head in half the time it takes me to shave with a razor blade. I would highly recommend this for those that are tired of the chore of shaving with a razor. It doesn't get as close to the scalp as a razor blade, but it does the job. On the days that I want a closer shave, I use a razor. Other than that, the Skull Shaver has become my everyday go to.

Okay, why I waited so long to get this, I really don't know. I write this under a shared account, but dang! This shaver is amazing! I dread shaving my head, just cause I've only ever felt like bic'ing was the only way. Those that say it isn't isn't like bic'ing.... not sure what they are doing wrong but this is very close. Sure there are a few spots that seem difficult to get skin smooth but wow. It's quiet, it's not heavy, it came with a charge long enough to do a complete shave, all for a great price! I'm only wondering if I should've got the gold version now. Funds just didn't allow for it. Fits right in my palm. Contours nicely to those hard to reach places. Just hope those that say it craps out in 6 months, just got unlucky. Should've bought this one first, over the other Amazon similarly priced shaver.

I'll start with the major flaw - The charging port has a rubber cover that is required to keep the shaver "waterproof"; however, the cover isn't attached to the shaver with a tether or leash so you have to keep it somewhere close or cover the charging port with a finger while cleaning the shaver. I've purchased much cheaper items like a waterproof bluetooth speaker that has a charging port cover with a tether so it never gets lost... seems like a strange oversight. And they don't appear to have corrected this with the Gold or other premium models.Another item of note is that this shaver really NEEDS a stand. Be prepared to purchase a stand separately for anywhere from $8 - $25. Here's why - The shaver doesn't really get clean from running the parts underwater. You need to place the shaver, in a stand, with the "shaving" parts underwater and leave it running for a few minutes to get it "deep cleaned" as they indicate in the instructions.Now, the good stuff:* The battery appears to be solid. I spend about 3 minutes shaving my head every morning, then I leave the shaver running for another 2-ish minutes (in the stand underwater, please read above) for 6 days a week. This means that I've run the shaver for ~30 minutes/wk for 3 weeks and I still have 2 lights out of 3 for the "battery meter" on the shaver. Not too shabby, and better than what they say in their spec (~60 minutes of runtime).* The shave is excellent. I've used blade razors, other "baldie" clippers, and one 9-blade knock-off on Amazon. The only thing better was the blade shave, but what a mess! This gets as close to "bald" as you can get without a blade.Not sure what the differences are between the Silver and Gold models, but there are some good video reviews on those that may clarify things. Bear in mind that the Gold model goes on sale frequently for around $80 (usually ~ $100), so you can get the "upgrade" for only $20 if you use tools like Camel Camel Camel or other price trackers.Happy shaving!

best head shaver I've bought so far, strong motor and battery. I can let my hair grow for 3 days and this shaver just eats through it in a few minutes and no worries of pausing to clean it out, just wait until I'm done, add a small amount of supplied oil to blades every few shaves. I usually get around 3-5 shaves until battery needs charged.

Had this for over a month now, use it several times a week. Easily the best head shaver I've ever used. Shaves my head very quickly, even if I let my hair grow out longer than usual. I have somewhat sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate my skin at all.

It is a good and reliable razor product and I look forward to using it.

Works good so far. Catches hair good. Not worth the money tho. Is made out of thin plastic. Very expensive when not on discount. 5 razors would be nice, but for that you have to buy the even more expensive one. Not worth it. There are others ones out there that are waterproof and have 5 razors for half the price.Looks cool tho. But would not buy again. Bought for $68 or so

I purchased this for my Dad. It makes it very easy for him to shave the top of his head. Works great. Easy to use and charge. Fits in the palm of your hand
