I have read about oxygen and found out the only way it truly helps health wise is if it is injected into your blood. With that being said, I can only say that I put 10 drops into my water bottle and drink while doing aerobics and can say that it does give me more temporary energy which is great. But if you let the water sit, it does not work as well and almost has a chlorine taste to it which is not pleasant so if you use this, drink it right after you have added it to water. Due to the energy boost during aerobics, I may purchase again but don't think it does anything else for me.

I've only used it once but it seem to help. I felt functional during my workout. Energetic and capable. I will see if it was just the anticipation or the use. It worked pretty immediate for me.

I’ve only used it 4 times. Each time I do I hold my breath (figure of speech) waiting to feel something. Maybe it’s gradual? Maybe it takes a few days of use? Ok… Truth… I have COPD and my hub wants me to try this. Normally I have some days that are good and some that are bad… depending on the heat and humidity. I live in north Texas so the humidity varies quite a bit. I want this to help me soooo bad. I’m only 61 years old with a 41 year old attitude. I used to be very active. But suddenly about 2 years ago Covid kicked my @$$.This review is early in my testing but I have some super high hopes. Maybe I’ll update this review in a few weeks and say that I only have to use the oxygen concentrator while sleeping. Or not at all some day! We have some really awesome retirement plans!

There is no indication on the bottle or the listing how much Oxygen is in the liquid. I have a friend that takes oxygen daily and his bottle display oxygen percentage.

I like adding it to water. But it does not taste very good. I have allergies so it seems to help a bit.

I have gone snowboarding and skiing in the Rockies a few times now. 3 weeks before we leave I start to add the O2 drops to my water. I am 60 years old, and when we arrive I have had no issues with Altitude sickness or any major shortness of breath. Yes I get slightly winded if I have to hike, or climb several flights of stairs, but find myself able to ski without any issues. I continue. using it the entire time we are at altitude. I do exercise regularly, but seem to do better at altitude than my friends who have not been using the product. I also gave it to my daughter who competed in snowboard Nationals this past spring and it also helped her as well.

Don't Bother, no effect whatsoever…….Breath some fresh air, works a lot better.
