AWOEZ Rechargeable Lithium Battery Heated Knee Pad Knee Heat Theraoy Wrap

I bought these because I live in a cold region in the winter. I have oa of the knees. I hate having to be tied down with a heating pad. The instructions that came with this product are nonexistent, so you have to figure it out for yourself. They are not uncomfortable, but bulky. The high heat setting is more like a little less than low heat on a heating pad. But it was enough to help loosen my stiff knees, and I could still move around my house. I would like them to be a little warmer, but they did help.

One size does not fit all, also uncomfortable. Due to the location of the battery, i could not bend my knee.
