We are lucky these are made for many bikes. You do not need a Ducati oil filter wrench or any other brand for that matter.! Use a std oil filter strap wrench and get over it. Don't be brainwashed by Ducati dealers and the other Ducati propaganda on the web.

Have been using this filter for years on my 1971 Norton Commando.

It does what it does and that's all it does - for half the price!
Half the cost of the "Ducati" filter and does the same job. I'd get the K&N version, but I hate that little nipple thing. I used these on my Aprilia bikes all the time, so no reason not to use it on my Ducati.
