Love my blanket, helps me to fall asleep

I have it under two other blanket, then a duvet below it as it gets pretty cold sometimes during the night. It’s a really great weighted blanket, a good price, great size, very soft, and really warm! I got the grey one. I’d 100% recommended it to anyone looking for a pretty good weighted blanket!

Distribution of the weight feels a bit uneven sometimes but seems to help with sleep. Did have a sore chest and arms at first in the mornings from the weight but that went away

I had heard so many good things about weighted blankets, and now that I’ve tried one, I totally get the hype! This blanket has genuinely improved the quality of my sleep and helped with anxiety. The gentle weight feels like a hug. It helps me relax faster at night and stay asleep longer. I’ve been waking up feeling more rested and less restless. I use it not just for sleep, but also while watching TV or reading. It really helps me unwind and feel grounded.

So, after receiving an Amazon voucher as a Christmas present, I decided to treat myself to a weighted blanket. I do suffer with insomnia from time to time, and I also remember, as a child, being tucked up in bed with loads of blankets and that lovely feeling of the weight of that blankets, so I thought ok, I'd get a weighted blanket. It arrived on time, well packaged. I got the equivalent of a double bed size blanket. You do feel lovely and snug when using it. The one thing I would say, which I didn't factor in, is don't be surprised for the first few mornings, that your arms / legs feel a little tired...I think this is because that if you're not used to the extra weight whilst you sleep, your body takes a while to adjust, so, don't give up using it, obviously if it's too much, then perhaps send it back and get a lighter one, but give yourself time to get used to it, and to that end I'd say this particular weighted blanket is only suitable for adults.

I'm not really Quite sure what I got here its far to heavy even my delivery man struggled just handing to me. It doesn't Quite fit a single bed width size which is what I really purchased it for but as I said way to heavy you would get an hernia just putting this onto your bed. Even getting around all this I really do wonder would it be safe regarding other reviews I have to be honest this is not for me.
