This is exactly what I needed. Easy to install and works great.

Perfect addition for freshly painted doors/jams.
So easy to install. Supplied screws have a slightly larger diameter as compared to what was originally used. Hence, a very solid fit installation resulted. The look of Freshly painted doors/jams really benefit from the new brass look. Sizing is exactly as advertised and the exact size of the piece being replaced. Only possible glitch is the color of the brass. Depending on manufactures of the knob set, the color tint of the brass might not be a perfect match to what it is replacing. Not a big deal and certainly an improved circumstance versus the black line of an aged worn out strike plate.

Solid brass
Not a lot you can say about the strike plate for a door. It is the size it should be and comes with the needed screws. Being solid brass, it will wear better than a brass-plated one. (The plating wears off, over time.)Looks nice & bright.

Fit my deadbolt cut out perfectly as the deadbolt started damaging the casing as someone wasn’t turning deadbolt back all the way retracted when closing the door
