I am a Physical Therapist and use these exact bandS on a regular basis. I ordered this for my mother who lives in a different state and need bands to do her exercises due to being status post knee arthroscopic surgery. The PT clinic where she did her PT doesn't give out bands ( which is understandable) and she need them to do her TE. I love using the no- latex version of the "therbands"; Not just for the allergy sake but due to the actual texture and feel of the band. In addition, I love how these band stretch and the resistance these band provide. I feel that these bands are more fluid and better over all progression from one color to next as compared to the previous latex version.

High quality, works well for rehab shoulder

Wanted to challenge myself a bit more and these bands do that. Am bilateral amputee in an adult care facility so exercise is somewhat limited and gives me a way to work on upper body strength
