EXCELLENT SHOCK MOUNT FOR BLUE NANO - But BEWARE!!!!
Check out the reviews for the Blue Nano - and if you still want to buy one - THIS is the perfect shock mount for it. Quality build - not a bunch of cheap plastic - knurled screw joints, metal thumb keys to tighten connections. It's worth every penny - just be sure you route the Blue Nano USB cable to the mic before actually mounting the mic itself - you'll save yourself the experience of stressing the USB plug and port on the Blue Nano mic itself.

Great Option for FiFine Mics as Well!
I needed a way to take vibration noise out of my audio. This mount works really well and it's super easy to set up! Definitely worth giving it a shot for your desktop mic setup!

The most important thing to know about this product is that it really does what it is suppose to do.
It was part of one of my Christmas gifts to my grandson. He loves it and is very happy with the one I chose. It does what he needed it for.

Perfect for Blue Yeti Nano AND Samson Meteor Microphones!
I bought this because I gave up on finding a shock mount for my Samson Meteor. When I searched for Meteor-specific mounts, I got results for universal mounts that were too narrow or MacGyver rigs using handles to make it fit onto a mount. So, I planned on using my Yeti Nano instead, since shock mounts are available for Blue products. To my pleasant surprise, this shock mount actually comes stock with the wide 5/8" threading the Samson Meteor uses AND an adapter to thread 3/8" mics to the shock mount (like the Yeti Nano)! The Meteor fits perfectly, and now I don't have to retire that microphone! This is the only shock mount I've encountered to feature this cross-compatibility!Pros:--All-metal construction! No more failing hinges or breaking due to plastic age.--Unexpected bonus- fits not just the advertised Yeti Nano, but also other mics that use 5/8" or 3/8" stand threading.--Incredibly easy to assemble and figure outCons:--As you can see in the later pics, there is *just* enough clearance for the stock MicroUSB cable from Blue to plug into the Nano with the shock mount fully assembled. I recommend plugging in the Yeti Nano before mounting it to the shock mount. This might not be an issue if you use a different MicroUSB cable with a smaller head.

Holds up and does a good job
Bought it to prop up a Yeti Nano. Does exactly what it should, and it's holding well even after a half-year.

adaptable to other mics too
I am using for other mics hanging upside down.At the time I purchased the Nano version because it was cheaper, looks same as the regular mount except it comes with a little adapter to 1/4". I am keeping that adapter could be useful for webcams. It comes with a 5/8 thread so it was easy to use with other mics. Although it may block the cable sockets on some mics. I used the gator disconnect as an extender for easy swap and make room for USB cable. It does add a bit of weight and space but not a problem if you account for it.However I only used the mount in the straight position, I have not tried in the other angles as some reviewers have complained it doesn't hold. (A common complaint on most of this type of mounts that I found) That angle joint does seem under-built and have a slight play but when loaded with the mic it doesn't rattle. I opted to use the angle of the boom arm instead to get the mic to orient the angle. It definitely helps in subtle ways, any kind of sound like foot steps and typing on the keyboard doesn't "thump" the recording as much. It's NOT a magical amount of noise reduction as most USB mics picks up every noise possible, but it does help for the price it is a solid purchase.

I had to remove it.
I had to remove it because it got where it did hold the mic any longer. after about 3 or 4 months.

Didn't solve my problems, but perhaps a shock mount isn't what I needed
When playing games with friends I get complaints about a deep rumbling when I'm typing, which I came to realize was caused by keyboard vibrations traveling up the arm of my desk-mounted microphone. A shock mount seemed like an appropriate solution to this problem, however I was a bit disappointed at how little this mount did to solve the issue.I recorded myself typing before installing the mount, after installing the mount, and with the keyboard in my lap (where there should be no vibrations on my desk), and compared these recordings in audacity. The recording with and without the shock mount look and sound basically identical. To be fair to the shock mount, my desk is rather flimsy and prone to moving, so I'm not sure how much I could realistically expect any shock mount to be able to help, hence the relatively high rating despite my continued problems. Perhaps a more solid desk that isn't constructed from plywood might be what I need instead :p

almost perfect
the shock mount works perfectly however the foam wind screen while fitting well can fall of at a little nudge.
