This knife is smaller than I was expecting. It is slightly awkward to hold. That being said, the quality is great! Wonderfully made. It did arrive semi razor sharp as promised, and I was able to put a razor edge on it very easily. I would buy more products from this seller.

It is nice for a display case or wall, but not really useful as it is too small to have a hand grip it. In CQB it could be useful, but you have to hold it with your fingers. As an ornamental gift, it's nice.

My husband purchased this knife and naturally I assumed it was for me as I am a bird watcher and this knife has a bird motif.I often wear a military/tactical style neck knife when I go hiking or camping. It is a decent blade with a hard plastic handle and sheath. It looks like a knife.This piece, however, is absolutely stunning and honestly looks more like a work of art! I love everything about this knife! The size is unobtrusive, and the style looks more like a piece of rustic jewelry or a good luck charm than a knife. I don't feel comfortable walking into a store or restaurant with the tactical style and I always make sure to tuck it into my shirt if I stop somewhere. With this piece I don't even have to think twice about it. It is also much more comfortable to wear with the leather cord and sheath.Not only is the set beautiful, but the blade and sheath are also well crafted. The blade passed the paper test and will work fine for the quick little tasks I need it for when on an excursion.Well, it ends up my husband intended to keep this knife for himself. Too bad because I am not giving it back! I am sure he will enjoy the ram version that we ordered for him, also by Toferner. I have a feeling we are going to be regular customers here!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He was in awe! Wears it around his neck so far everyday even took it to work to show it off. The other guys at his job where all with envy. Great quality and an absolute awesome gift for many. Showed it to my family what I got him and they all wanted one too. 💯

Beautiful blade, excellent craftsmanship. I use this for all kinds of things.... opening boxes, cutting cords, cleaning my pipe, peeling an orange. Razor sharp and fun to hold. The lanyard and tooled leather sheath make it easy to bring with you everywhere.

This is my second necklace knife from you. I like this one the best because it's trimmer and narrower. It fits better worn on a chain. I soften leather, soak and remold for better tension. Worth the $ !
