Omg this stuff is like magic!! I was really struggling to get my supply up after starting to mix-feed my 5 month old twins. I was told about this product by a lactation consultant. In a matter or 2 days my supply was increasing significantly and a week later it has over doubled. I am seriously impressed by this amazing stuff and cannot recommend it more to mothers struggling with supply. I have taken 3 x tabs a day and will continue. Also, zero side affects (like some of the ones mentioned in other reviews). I'm a very happy customer!!!

So these are good and would say have positive effects but can make you’re sweat smell a bit like maypole syrup. It can also make the smell of sweat stronger I would say but still would recommend atleast u know they work lol👍🏼🤣

This really works. I do notice a very nice boost. Will definitely buy again.

I haven’t seen a difference, because I was told that it helps with breast growth, but I’ll let you guys know if anything changes

J'allaite mon bébé de 2 mois et étant en plein pic de croissance j'ai sentie un baisse de ma lactation. J'ai donc voulu acheter du fenugrec car cette plante est riche en galactogènes. Au bout de 48h j'ai sentie une réel différence. En 10 min j'ai réussi a tiré 120ml sur les deux seins . J'ai pris 2 gélules 3 fois par jours afin de booster ma lactation et ça durant 4 jours. A prendre durant un repas car baisse la glycémie. Quand j'ai été satisfaite j'ai ensuite réduit à 2 gélules par jours. Les gélules non pas de mauvais goût, goût de plante. Cependant j'ai senti une odeur de transpiration différentes. Les + : booster réellement la lactation. Baisse la glycémie. Augmente l'appétit. Les - : odeur de transpiration qui change ( odeur d'épis) Avis final malgré la transpiration qui est changé je continue les gélules car vraiment mon bébé peut boit beaucoup plus de lait. Je mets juste un peu plus de déodorant durant la journée.

Le fenugrec est de très bonne qualité. J'ai vidé le pot .

En mi caso lo compre porque soy diabetico Desde que lo tomo he notado que me ayuda a controlar mejor la azúcar, de hecho he bajado la dosis de insulina. Por otra parte he notado que me ayuda a hacer mejor la digestión

Ho aspettato di terminare la confezione per recensire il prodotto, di cui sono soddisfatta: sono esile e magra e, anche nei periodi migliori, ho sempre avuto il seno decisamente piccolo, al massimo una prima abbondante. Dopo un ulteriore dimagrimento dato da un periodo di stress, nei mesi scorsi, si era completamente svuotato e ho voluto tentare con questo integratore. No, non sono diventata una maggiorata ma ho il seno decisamente più tondo, pieno e tonico. Ho terminato la confezione da un paio di settimane e l'effetto persiste e no, non ho messo su peso. Non ho rilevato né aumento di sudorazione o odore sgradevole a livello dermico.
