This book contains just enough science to learn and plenty of practical exercises in this book.

An easy read with good recommendations
The subject of the vagus nerve is well explained in this book and the exercises are very helpful.

Nothing we didn’t know...
It’s well written, and interesting information is included about the Vagus nerve and tone. But the exercises are pretty simple and can be summed up as breathing and meditation etc. If you read a book on meditation and breathing correctly, which would be far more in depth and useful, and then added a line onto the end saying “and this helps the vagus tone” - you would have the same result, but better.

Very interesting read
Very informative book, some of the recommended techniques are easy to implement. Never appreciated the integral part the vagus nerves plays in our body.

Great practical book, written in plain English and easy to understand, no complicated medical terms, just simple good advice. Highly recommend.
