Car Mount, TESLAN Universal Cradle Series, Dashboard Windshield Mount, 360 Rotate, Tilt, Swivel, for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and other Smartphones and Phablets

I have mixed feelings about this cradle. While my 3.25" wide device can technically fit in the cradle getting the spring arms to spread that far apart and inserting my phone while the mount is attached to the window can be a little difficult. Once the phone is in place it seems to be surprisingly secure with no jittering or other movement and no falling out when you hit potholes. You also have a nice variety of viewing angles available, although it doesn't seem to be impossible to completely lock an angle in place so it might need to be readjusted every time you put your phone in. Unfortunately, the arms are spread to their max length with my device and my experience with these type of spring/snap arms (instead of the kind that actually lock when your device is in place) is that they are not built to last. My expectation is that if this thing is still working in 12 months it will be a miracle so if you are looking for a car mount you might want to consider one with locking arms rather than a spring clasp. On the other hand, for the price this is reasonably well made and will hopefully last at least until I have the money to purchase something higher end.

Use this every day. This wouldn't work if you have a large case on your phone.
