Definitely has a relaxing influence.
This has a pleasant smell. reminiscent of the calming herbal spray will that we have for the cats. The spray pump is easy to use and the sturdy plastic bottle is easy to handle.Once you spray linens they are left a little damp and once the dampness passes the smell diminishes quickly. So you have a choice of lying against a slightly damp pillow that does relax you or or waiting until his tries and then the relaxing effect really isn't noticeable. As I wear pyjamas and don't actually mind a little light dampness on my pillow I don't mind this is not a problem for me.The smell seems to dissipate and fade after about half an hour which is long enough to help you fall off to sleep.Although I can't consciously smell this after a half hour or hour and it doesn't seem to speed me off to sleep. Since using it my sleep does seem to be a bit deeper and of slightly better quality, as when I wake up I do feel more restedI can't comment on price as this is currently not showing on the Amazon product page. I have mild asthma and quite sensitive skin and so far this has not caused any issues with those.

Not a great smell sadly.
Unfortunately I had to strip the bed same night I used it, as neither myself or my daughter liked the smell at all. Not relaxing at all I’m sorry.

It's worth a try!
A gorgeously scented sleep spray.Packaged well. Arrived in perfect condition. This comes in a small nicely designed plastic bottle. This bottle has 100ml of spray in.The scent is absolutely gorgeous, it's all natural and drug-free. There is definitely a mix of fruity and floral smells, nothing like I was expecting.Spray 2-3 times on your pillow and bed linen before bedtime.I sprayed this is the kids room and they got to sleep quicker than usual! I found myself still taking a while but not as long.I myself, struggle to get to sleep and stay asleep, I find this more of a relaxing pre sleeping aid, than that of a sleep aid itself. I find myself more rested and calmed for sleep, which ultimately helps me fall asleep in a better state than before, when I wake during the night, if I can't get back to sleep, I will spray just once more, which I find helps a bit too. I find that my mind is racing before sleep as much as it was before using this. The scent does last a good while in the pillow but I like it when it's first sprayed and it wraps itself around you, its lovely.I do think it's a little overpriced but I feel like I would use it again too. I use it in the kids room and in my own. I would recommend it, it's worth a try if you struggle to get to sleep or need help with relaxing before sleep.

I really don't like the smell...
Reading the reviews I must have been the first person who doesn't like the smell but I actually hate it so much that I couldn't try it properly. I had a sniff of it and straight away I had to open the windows and leave the room. It might work for some and reading the reviews seems like lot's of people love it and works for them but I cannot be in the same room with this product. Sorry it's absolutely not for me. I was expecting a lavender kind of smell you know the usual sleep aid kind of smell but this is totally different. I have to figure it out what bothers me in it as stay away from it in the future as I cannot stand it.. i didn't want to give one star just because I don't like it so 3 stars as maybe it works for some

Do not buy
There is very very little smell of lavender. It is mixed with something that at the moment I can't put a name to. Not very nice at all. It is also expensive at nearly 12 pounds a bottle. I will not be buying this again!!!

So far it’s worked well
I often have trouble going to sleep at night so I was excited to try this pillow spray to see if it would make any difference. The spray itself smells quite nice, it’s a strong smell though so I’d recommend going for just the 1 or 2 sprays the first night. I tend to spray 2 sprays on the back of my pillow from arms length and that’s the right strength for me. Since I’ve started using it this week I’ve had no issue falling asleep which is unlike me so it seems to be working! My problem is my body gets tired but my brain wakes up at night so when I’m trying to sleep I’m kept up by all my thoughts on what I need to do the next day etc. I’ve found with this pillow spray as it’s a fairly strong smell when I get in bed my brain just seems to focus on the smell and then before I have time to start worrying about things I’m already asleep! I’m curious to see if it helps the nights when I get really bad insomnia - will update the review if I have any more feedback on that but fingers crossed that will be a thing of the past! Overall I really rate this so far so I’d recommend!

Pleasant Fragrance But Doesn't Make Me Sleep
You get 100ml of SleeperZzz pillow spray in a plastic bottle with a pump-action top and lid.The spray is a firm directional spray rather than a light mist, so be careful where you point it and don't over do it. The fragrance is floral of, I think, calendula, not lavender as you would expect. It is a pleasant and calming fragrance and it lasts a good while – half an hour or so, whereas others I've used disappear after about 10 minutes. It doesn't leave any marks on pillowcases. After a few nights I found the smell a bit cloying and sickly and it didn't seem to make me sleep any quicker or better either.
