Easy to assemble and sort enough to fit a small backpack
It assembled easily. Lots of tips — almost too many. I would rather have spare basic tips than the two sets of ski pole tips. Price was a good value. Very light but sturdy.

Durable Traveling Sticks
Purchased these specifically to have walking sticks to take when we travel. Packs well in my checked luggage. Easy to quickly assemble on the road. These sticks have been all over Canada, Europe and Central America. Durable.

Smallest collapsible trekking poles
I’m a minimalist when it comes to packing so these trekking poles were perfect slipping into my backpack for a trip we took. They are sturdy when out but small when collapsed. They are also on the lighter side when it comes to weight. Of course they can’t compare to the fully carbon fiber poles but they’re reasonably priced.

These are great to Travel with!
I shopped for these, bought a couple that were just to big to travel with. The collapse mechanism on these is simple to use.... once you figure it out. It's really as easy as pulling it until the button snaps locked, and then to collapse it, it is as easy as pushing a button. These make walking so much easier and better for your posture. They also will help you prevent falls that could be costly. Great price, Great Value.

Fits shorter people
I am 5'4" and had a heck of a time finding poles that are adjustable for my height, ie down to about 100cm.( 40 inches) and are also collapsible. These can be adjusted down to 95cm. Most of the poles I saw only adjust down to 43" when extended, which is too tall for a proper fit for people below 5''7". Do manufactures think shorter people don't hike? These poles are a very nice metallic red and appear to be sturdy. They are easy to unfold and fold, once you read the instructions that come with it. They come with different kinds of baskets and even a carrying bag. The grip is comfortable. They are not as light weight as my old carbon poles but at about 9.5oz per pole are still light enough for packing.. I like how they fold down to 13 inches, actually fit into my purse! They'll be great to take travelling. I do about 6 to 15 mile day hikes and look forward to updating this review once I take them out on the trails.

Not worth the money!
I purchased this item, received it, and immediately discovered that it was of VERY POOR QUALITY. The collapsible segments to not hold together very securely when the pole is assembled causing them to come out very easily. The friction latches for height adjustments also do not get tight at all and will not hold the pole at the proper height. All of these issues combine to make the poles very unsafe to use, especially if you require them for walking support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Save your money and invest in better quality poles.

Folds smaller, that's about the only good thing
I needed a folding hiking pole that would fit inside luggage. It is about the same weight as a traditional telescoping pole. They'll do for travel, but I wouldn't recommend them for any serious hiking, on steep slopes or loose rocks or stream crossings, where you need something strong and rigid. You really want to spend more on dependable poles. For balance or stability where you won't put any real weight on them, these poles should be fine.None of the section joints are super tight, and there's a good amount of wiggle in them, so there's movement in the shaft that you don't get with telescoping poles. I also don't have a lot of confidence that the single small lock button, which is already flimsy, will fail and collapse the pole when in use.I do like the extended foam grips... most "budget" poles have grips that weren't designed for large Western frames.

Easy to pack
I bought these for an upcoming trip to Portugal, recommended by someone on a travel group that I follow. Supposedly these will make it through TSA, where others won't. You definitely have to read the directions to figure out how to set them up, but once you see it it's very easy. I like that there are accessories for every condition. Notice that the red poles are shorter than the blue poles. I'm 5' and my husband is 5'4", and the red poles will be perfect for both of us, but would accommodate a taller person as well.
