Awesome Gun!
Alright, letโs talk about why the Gamo Swarm Magnum 10X GEN3i Inertia Fed .22 Caliber Break Barrel Air Rifle is hands-down one of the most awesome air rifles out there. If youโre into power, precision, and just flat-out fun, this beast delivers in spades. First off, the powerโthis thing slings .22 caliber pellets at up to 1,300 fps with alloy ammo. Thatโs serious knockdown force, perfect for small game like rabbits or squirrels, or just obliterating targets in your backyard. The IGT Mach 1 gas piston is the heart of it, a 33mm cylinder that pumps out consistent, jaw-dropping velocity with way less vibration than a traditional springer. Smoother shots, less fatigue, and you can leave it cocked without worrying about wearโtry that with a lesser rifle. Then thereโs the 10X GEN3i inertia-fed magazine. Ten shots without reloading? Yes, please. The system uses recoil to index the next pellet, so follow-up shots are lightning-fast and seamless. Itโs like having a semi-auto feel in a break-barrel packageโrevolutionary stuff. Load it up, break the barrel, and youโre ready to rock again. No fumbling with single pellets in the cold or heat of the moment. Accuracy? Oh, itโs there. Pair it with the right pellets (Gamo Red Fires or some heavy hitters like H&N Barracudas), and youโre drilling tight groups at 25-50 yards. The two-stage adjustable CAT trigger lets you dial in the perfect pullโcrisp, clean, and tailored to you. Add the included 3-9x40 scope, and youโre picking off targets with precision thatโll make your buddies jealous. And letโs not skip the Whisper Fusion techโdual sound moderators make this one of the quietest in Gamoโs lineup. Itโs not silent, but itโs stealthy enough to keep the neighbors from griping while you dispatch pests. The all-weather stock feels solid, with a grippy texture thatโs built to handle whatever you throw at it. Cocking takes some muscle (41 lbs of effort), but thatโs the trade-off for this kind of power. Once you get the hang of it, itโs a small price to pay for a rifle that hits this hard and shoots this well. Whether youโre hunting, plinking, or just showing off, the Gamo Swarm Magnum 10X GEN3i is a game-changer. Pure, unadulterated airgun awesomeness.

A great break barrel pellet gun.
This pellet rifle is wonderful, especially paired with the Gamo swarm 10x hollow point pellets. I'm hitting targets at 50y no problem. The scope is OK, but I've ordered me an upgrade. The cocking weight is quite stout, so that will be a drawback for some people. You might want to go ahead and clean the bore when you receive it, mine had some residue from factory testing. So far from my testing, I've had great accuracy from the Gamo swarm 10x pellets, and the Gamo match wadcutters. One pellet for plinking and target shooting, and one for hunting. I have to really push the match pellets into the magazine, but they chamber just fine. There may be some sharp edges in the molded stock seams, just take a sharp edge and trim it back. The rifle is quiet for the power it shoots at, but it definitely isn't silent. Be aware of that. All in all, great gun. Super fun to shoot, and worth every penny.

GEN3i is a must have!
This is one of the best pellet guns I have ever purchased, this is awesome! The scope is top notch and sighting this gun in is very easy. The 10 pellet cartridge is a must, order a second one right away. The only downside to this gun, it is hard to cock compared to other break barrel guns. I was going to give it a "4 star" rating because of this, but let's be real, with the ammo shooting out at 1650 fps, one has to understand it will take a little muscle to cock this gun. If you are debating, take it from me, it is well worth it. A little more expensive than I wanted, but after you use it a few times, worth every penny.

Great air rifle
I paired this air rifle with h&n Barracuda Hunter Extreme pellets. Accurate and devastating to squirrels. Makes ethical one shot kills consistently . The break over is a little stiff and the rifle is a little long but, over all it seems to be a really good rifle. The 10 round mag is Awesome !

Testing 7 Different Grain Pellets
Absolutely love this pellet rifle. Definitely fastest break barrel and most powerful I've owned. Those alloy pellets are flying at 1650 fps and are extremely loud. My neighbor's called the police on me. So if you don't wants the cops visiting you only shoot 10 grain and above. Love the 10 round magazine but I did notice when cocking the break barrel sometimes lower grain pellets would fall out, no biggie. When it comes to cocking this beast, it's a monster. For me I put the rifle butt on the ground and while sitting down wrap one firming around the stock and cock it. The only real complaint was my bore sighter got stuck in the silencer. No real big thing because you can easily open up the silencer. For the price, the quality, the features you can't go wrong.

great air gun, but scope cannot hold accuracy
This Gamo air rifle is just awesome. However the scope that Gamo provides (BSA brand), would not hold zero (accuracy). Here is how I know the scope is the problem. First, I shot three shots it in a vice type shooting rest at a short distance of 40 feet. I used the very same pellets from the same lot/batch/tin. Once I set the scope to the exact center of the target and sent the first shot, I then attempted to "zero in" adjusting the scope to the first three shots. (this is the most common and acceptable practice to zero in a scope to the rifle). What I noticed is that after the very first shot, and the second and the third, the reticle was moving from the centered target. This means the reticle was moving after each shot. The first shot was about 2 inches away from center, and the second was about 1 inch in a another direction, and the third was off by about 3 inches in another direction. So I realized either the scope was broken, or the rail mounts and rings might not be tight. So I tightened everything up and tried again. Same thing...would not hold zero. Then I removed the scope completely a simplified above barrel bore sighting method. In that process, I was able to maintain a very tight group of shots. This proved to me that the scope was bad internally. I contacted Amazon customer support (chat) and they refunded the entire purchase of the air rifle. I was very happy with Amazon proving once again they have the absolute best customer support. I did not have to prove anything or send warrant info..or take pictures, or take a blood test...LOL..nope, they asked me if I preferred a credit to my account or a direct refund to my card. And it was processed in no more than 10 minutes. I received a notification from my credit cards and the total amount was returned to me. Sad the scope is crappy, but very happy Amazon shows world class customer support. God Bless America

Gammo magnum gen 1
After two years of use and abuse this thing is a beast. The newer gen 3 s are fine, not much difference in power or feel than the original. With the right ammo they can break the sound barrier creating a sound compared to a rim fire .22 lr. This may be a positive or negative depending on your desired use. The 10 round pellet clip is very useful. Makes single load break barrel shooting seem like a Hassel. I recommend ordering extra clips for loading up shots ahead of time and also, if you happen to lose your clip, you can't easily fire the air rifle. So extra ahead of time highly advised. Power is great. I hit a one liter sprite bottle at a little over a hundred yards, checked with range finder. Took a dozen tries, but I got it. The scope is very good at this price point. I upgraded mine with another one I already had, but the gamo scope is great. One more advantage of the older model gammo magnum is that it has iron sights or open sights that you can use with or without the scope. New ones don't have them or a place to mount them. Just saying. Sometimes the original is better than the upgrades. This item very highly recommended. The .177 is the one I shoot and prefer. It's a faster shot, cheaper ammo, and comparably similar in damage on impact. The 22 version is awesome, a slower shot, but plenty of power. I just prefer the faster flying ammo.

Powerful! Accurate. A Bit Noisier Than Expected.
This is a powerful air rifle, probably too powerful for what I need, but my last air rifle was 40 years ago & things have come a long way in the mean time! On reflection I should've bought the less powerful Swarm Whisper, but like I said I wasn't aware of how far these Nitro Piston rifles have come....not that I'm complaining! It handles well, seems robust, trigger is usable (hopefully it improves with use) & yeah, powerful! It is noisier than I expected, but this thing throws pellets HARD. I'm still zeroing in the scope, but accuracy certainly seems to be there with GAMO Red Top pellets. The scope is cheap & basic, but it works fine, being nice & clear, bright, holds zero & has a good zoom range. I see no need to replace it so it's staying on there. I have to say that I'll probably add the Whisper version, too, as I'm using it for rodent control & for smaller vermin like rats that'd be better, with the Swarm Magnum in 22 cal being best for longer ranges & bigger sized targets. But I'm keeping this one, oh yeah I'm impressed.
