Like I mentioned in my video, I've had the charger for nearly 2 years. At this point it works great. It's easy. Just press your Fitbit onto the charger with the prongs matching the sensor on the back and it does the job. It has a USB adapter at the end that allows you to either charge with a wall adapter block or you can plug it into your computer or really any other USB accepting port.

Easy to use! The charge that came with my Fitbit Charge 4 was not working properly (hard to connect to charge). This is not my first fitbit so I needed 2nd option. This is a great product. Low profile yet has a stand which makes it prominent and not just (watch) laying on counter. Really like this feature and charges great. Great price on product too!

This worked very well for about two years before one of the prongs broke. The "stand" type was nice.

Purchased this to replace the clamping type chargers I'd typically used because they were causing the screen protector to lift along the watch face edges where the clamp fastened. That issue is not a problem with this charging stand! You simply press the back of the watch into the receiver on the stand and it attaches securely without touching the face of the watch. Very well constructed, nice length on the USB cable and not so bulky you can't drop it in a bag or purse for travel. Charges faster than the plug/cable I was using.

I bought this fornmy wife, who isn't super into tech and just wanted 'something to track my heart rate'. While the features do a bit more, the simple interface makes it seems like all the technology behind it is not as pronounced. In otherwords, she feels less apprehensive abiut beingbhyper connected. Some other benefits are 1. The charge is long lasting. 2. The color is great 3. It is super light weight yet durable

Worked fine

This charger is very lightweight and easy to use. Overall I love it but I discovered that the Fitbit band closest to the pins where you connect the Fitbit to the charger has to be removed. It's not a bit deal but it also forces me to change out the bands once in a while and clean the Fitbit unit. The charger traveled very well on a recent trip. The best feature is the long cord that allows you to plug it into a USB charger and then into the wall and still sit on your nightstand. I would recommend this charger for anyone with a Fitbit Charge 4.

Looks good & is solid...but too much so. It is too difficult to get my Fitbit seated exactly right for it to charge reliably. Many times i have tried to charge my Fitbit and initially led me to believe it was properly seated only to wake up in the morning with a dead or uncharged device. It really is difficult to get a good connection to the large, inflexible, imprecise base. And I was afraid I was going to damage the screen of my Fitbit every time I tried to seat it with all the pressure I had to apply and the multiple attempts I had to make. Not nearly worth the money...

I like this charger way better for my fitbit then the one that comes with it
