Needed to increase the memory in a HP that only came with 1GB. So I turned to a quality name brand memory that I can trust. For someone who tries out many non name brand products I may be hypocritical, but when it comes to computer memory I just can't seem to talk myself into saving those couple of dollars to try a non name brand. Kingston is a name I trust and have used many times. I would would recommend them to others. This pair worked great, with no issues and I expect them to last a long time like other Kingston chips I've used in the past.

I installed 8G worth as a total replacemnet for OE Gateway ram in my DX4840 desktop box. My memory rating in Windows Experience Index increased as well. OE ram is cow manure! They look neat and offer better cooling through the metal heatsinks and help guard against accidental static discharge damage during handling and anytime you're inside your PC case.

I pretty much threw these into my machine, that's how easy the installation was. These have been running almost 24/7 for four months-- games during the day, music at night. They're still working great!

This ram is absolutely fantastic for the value. I love the blue metal finish on the exterior of each DIMM as well and was surprised at the quality of the material used. Kingston has always had great ram but at the price they are selling these kits you can't go wrong.I don't overclock my ram as stock voltages and speeds are sufficient right out of the box but I am sure that this ram can overclock to 1600 without any problems. The ram fit snug right in to the slots on my Gigabyte motherboard which also has a sleek blue finish.Overall I'am very satisfied with my purchase and will continue to purchase Kingston RAM and other Kingston products in the future.

Kingston Technology HyperX Blu 4 GB Kit + my previous Kingston Technology HyperX Blu 4 GB Kit = 8GB and I am completely satisfied with the performance. When I decide to upgrade to 16GB in the future, I will definately consider the same Brand.

Wasn't sure that this was the correct module at first, but took a chance and ordered it. Fortunately, I was correct. It's easy to install and performs well.

This product does what RAM is supposed to do. It's also the first internal computer component that I thought looked "cool". The sticks have a metallic blue metal case over them, I assume they're for cooling, but they look nice.

Good basic DDR3 SDRAM memory sticks with heat sink covers. Lifetime warranty. May overclock but not very far since it is basic desktop memory sticks. A kit of a matched pair: 2 sticks at 2 gigs each for a total of 4 gigs. You need two available slots on the motherboards, preferably using Interleaving slots which would make for less latency than using (1) 4gig stick.
