The push button gets jammed and the bell rings continuously. Low quality product

I bought it reading that it is water resistant. BUT IN FACT IT IS NOT. One you buy from local market in less than INR200 is more water resistant, further any hobbyist can repair the same. Further it has a design flaw even a drop of water that drops on it percolates inside and collects on the battery.I have used local ones and they last for years before wearing out in rains. This one I bought on 1st June and it died by the last week of July. When i opened to check it, the outer unit though installed in porch and no direct rainfall was filled with water to brim... the battery leaked and the entire circuit board decayed... which falls even out of warranty and cannot be claimed so.I'll not recommend it as it is not worth half the price. I thought it may last for some years but wasn't even weeks and at my place we have usually a very poor rainfall and a mere shower exposed the poor build quality.It seems that the company forgot that water proof means water will not get inside, instead they designed one where gets inside but doesn't come out.

This is a beautiful piece even to look at, and it's equally good in it's performance but not 300 mts as they claim, but serves my purpose and a good buy.

Installed the door bell on ground floor, there no need to screw it, the sticker is pretty good. The door bell was plugged in on 2nd floor (same side of the wall) it works well. setting the tone was a bit tricky, since it would 'time out' and then go back to choice 1. I had quickly skip the initial few ring tones to select the latter ones. Also, even though it advertises 32 tunes, that did not appear to be true.Volume is normal - even though it has a selection of 3 volumes, the highest volume can just be heard (and we live in a very secluded quite area)

The bell works well. The description of the package contents says 2 of each but actually there’s only one of each item.

Product is not done with proper engineering , it is waste of money if you buy this , transmitter gets jammed always ,when ever there is power cut off and on , bell rings automatically . i had also received a replacement of new bell when i complained about the defect in transmitter , but the new bell is also not working . i have to make sure that the 2 pin of transmitter should enter the electrical socket for only 50% , the socket is from legrand , even i tried with many 2 pin socket's , it is not working . design of the product is done by using local spikebuster for considering the insulation inside the 2 pin . waste product.

I have been using this doorbell for more than seven months. It is an excellent product. The volume and tune can be set. The receiver unit can be paired with more than one push button and the receiver can be set with a different tune for each push button ! I have one unit outside the main gate and one on the house main door. Each push button is set to ring a different tune to indicate which push button has been pressed. The unit at the main gate is out in the open and subject to rains and inclement weather but has been performing flawless. A great product.
