I mount my lights under cabinets & closets, they are quite bright for its purpose, motion sensor works very well, as soon I opened the cabinet doors the light switch on where I can see all the snacks, medicines, pans & pots without have to dig them out like before, has a magnet in the back i was able to mount 2 of them under steel sink, a perfect solution!UPDATE: 1/28/2016It's only been two weeks of used, 1 out of 6 lights is not working, motion sensor does turn on the light but then the light never turn off and drained the 3 AAA battery over night, I have tested many times to find one of these light is malfunction, I begin with 5 stars but will knock down 1 star for each light that is not working unless seller stand behind their product and send replacement, again it's only been 2 weeks time.

Works well , bright , sticks well to metal cabinet. Light I feel has too quick of a timer .I feel twice as long would make them perfect. I find myself waving to my firearms to trigger the lights back on. I feel these would work better for other purposes like run lights down the hall.That being said I am happy with them.I keep one outside the cabinet to light the keyhole and 5 of them inside the cabinet.For the purpose of open door grab gun be out of cabinet they work great but if you want more of a display my pretty guns I will look at while door is open light I'd sugest looking for the 30 second shut off lights.

I really like those. I have ordered four sets so that should say something. The only minor complaint I have is that the lights do not work if there is too much ambient light. At first this may make sense, but I find that frequently the illumination from an adjacent light will prevent it from working. In a safe where I have multiple lights installed, very rarely can I get all to work. Likewise in a vehicle console if enough outside light spills in, it will prevent these from coming on. All said, I still think they are a great deal

When I first opened these I was like "what the heck, these things are hot garbage!" because they were so small and sort of flimsy and I wasn't down with the 3M double sided tape to hold them up. But then instead of just writing a bad review like a mouth breather I decided to try them out, and actually they work pretty well; I really dig the magnet on the back which makes placing them on a metal surface pretty cool. I'm using these in a crawl space type area with lots of ducts / metal things to stick them on and they work well; the motion sensing a really convenient and works. So overall these were pretty cool I guess. The light is very white LED style, so ladies you probably don't want to put on makeup under these.

These were much smaller than I thought, but they're pretty bright and I'm pleased with the output. I think I got a faulty one that activates during the day in an area that I guess throws a shadow if you walk by. I tested the others in the same spot and they don't light up in this same spot during the day, so I just swapped a couple around to prevent this. The magnetic back is awesome because you can just affix them wherever you have a metal surface.

I put two of these in kitchen cabinets, one under the sink, and one in a deep pantry. I'm buying another set for this purpose as they work really well.I put the 3rd one inside our security safe. The safe is black metal with black foam, and many of the things we put in there seem to be black (iPad case, car keys, checkbook, etc. The lights have a pretty strong magnet on the back and the light sticks easily to the roof of the metal safe. Like I said, I'm buying another set of these lights.They come with a double-stick tape circle about 2" in diameter. If you use that, it will never come off! Strong stuff.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased these lights for those 3AM bathroom visits (is that too much information?), and love them so far...all three of them worked right out of the package and the light is bright, but is not overpowering in the middle of the night...the only thing I wish was that the light would turn off sooner when you turn the light on in the room, but as you will see in the video, there is a few second delay.I will update this review if the battery life proves concerning or if there are any issues.Highly recommended!

Installed all 3 in the back of a new FIAT 500X Trekking Plus to add some light that otherwise was lacking. During the daytime, one of the 3 comes on which is not what it says it does. At night, 2 of the 3 come on (the 3rd basically never comes on even with fresh batteries).With just the 2 lights, there is sufficient light in the cargo area when the batteries are fresh. We will see in a couple of months how well they have held up. For now, I think I would choose a different model if you want to use all 3.
