Trustworthy replacement for the original component
I bought this as a replacement for a circa 2016 version of the same product. The installation and tuning was smooth and reliable. I've been using it about 6 months in harsh conditions and the performance is on par with the original. Good product.

Substantially smoother shifting then it’s a little XO brother
I actually upgraded from XO to this X X Way smoother shifting shoot between second gear and probably eighth ninth I don’t even really feel a shift. It’s smooth is better highly recommend upgrading.

incredible product
I cannot say enough about this 12 speed system. I love it. I have used many different mtb configurations in the past 3 x 10, 2 x 10, 1 x 10, 1 x 11, single speed and I love the simplicity of having just the rear derailleur and this derailleur shifts so nice and quick and gives me a great range for going fast on the flats and spin up the steep climbs.

Amazing amazing 6 stars out of 5...I have used electronic shifters and this is almost as smooth when it comes to switching gears on the trail. An absolute must buy and the gold adds some solid (but not over the top) bling to your bike. So happy its like a have a new bike after upgrading from sram sx.

Inner cage (forged aluminum) bent when rear wheel spoke broke. Replaced cage and all works as designed.

Recibo el paquete y la caja es de xx1 eagle negro 12 v y me mandan un eagle gx...lo he devuelto en cuanto lo he abierto, menuda decepción. Y el tornillo que sujeta el cambio a la patilla tiene el contorno algo rayado y ha perdido parte de la pintira original negra.

depuesto de preguntar en muchas tiendas, el mejor precio lo he encontrado aquí. rompí el mio en una salida y tenia que cambiarlo lo instale y ajuste. funciona de maravilla, como siempre un cambio excelente. el envío no tardo nada en llegar a casa con su caja intacta y dentro el cambio con su plantilla de ajuste. un 10 en puntuación en todo.
