They work great!!!! 👍🏻 🚫👧🏻
These are great! I didn’t need to even have to look for the directions because they are self explanatory. They come in two pieces and you simply click them together on your door knob! That is all there is to it. Opening your door is simple for an adult or even an older child. All you have to do is put your thumb and your first finger on each hole to turn the knob. This is too complicated for little brains 🧠 to understand. It’s also too mature for little fingers to reach the holes at once to be able to turn the knob. I’ve had these on my doors for a couple months now and they are durable and have not fallen off yet. They are hard plastic and easy to clean and sanitize or if you want to remove them, they are very easy to remove. Also, you can still use the lock on your door knob, if you have a lock on it of course. You will need to have a specific door knob for these to work on. So if you have knobs that are too long or too thick they are not going to work. If you are using a standard door knob, they will fit. Adults will not have a difficult time turning the knob, there’s nothing to it really which makes this a great buy for someone trying to protect their toddlers from themselves Lol! This is a great price and will take care of four knobs, which would be the front and back of two doors or four separate doors that you don’t want a child to enter. I hope I helped you make your decision, have a great day!!!

Peace of Mind with Safety 1st Parent Grip Door Knob Covers
As parents, ensuring the safety of our little explorers is always a top priority. That's why we turned to the Safety 1st Parent Grip Door Knob Covers, and we've found them to be a reliable solution that provides much-needed peace of mind. Convenient and Effective: The Safety 1st Parent Grip Door Knob Covers are a simple yet effective way to childproof our home. Once installed, they securely cover the door knob, preventing curious little hands from turning them and gaining access to off-limit areas. We've found them to be especially useful for rooms such as the laundry room and home office, where dangerous or fragile items are stored. Tricky to Install, but Secure Once On: While the installation process can be a bit tricky at first – requiring precise placement to ensure a snug fit – we appreciate that this also means the covers aren't easily removed by curious toddlers. Once properly installed, they provide a sturdy barrier that gives us confidence in their ability to keep our child safe. Some Limitations on Smaller Door Knobs: One minor issue we encountered was with smaller door knobs, where the cover's larger size posed a bit of a challenge. We had to maneuver them carefully to ensure a proper fit, which took a bit of trial and error. However, once in place, they still functioned effectively, albeit with a slightly bulkier appearance. Overall, a Helpful Childproofing Solution: In summary, the Safety 1st Parent Grip Door Knob Covers have been a valuable addition to our childproofing arsenal. While they may require some patience during installation, their effectiveness in keeping our little one safe makes them well worth the effort. If you're looking for a convenient and reliable way to childproof your home, we highly recommend giving these door knob covers a try.

Keeps Little Hands Out—Exactly What I Needed!
These door knob covers are a lifesaver in a house with a curious toddler! I was constantly finding my little one trying to explore off-limits rooms, but since installing these, peace has been restored. The child lock feature works flawlessly—my toddler can’t get past them, but adults can still open the door with ease once you get used to the grip. The only downside? They’re really secure—so secure, in fact, that removing them can be a bit tricky. We’ve accidentally broken a couple trying to take them off. But honestly, that’s a tradeoff I’m happy to make for the safety they provide. Despite that minor issue, I’m back buying more because they simply work. If you’re looking for a simple, effective way to childproof your doors, these are it. Just be ready with a little patience when it’s time to take them off.

They're... Okay
Having spares of these is almost a must because they do make for being pretty functional but if you have door knobs that aren't round they could be very difficult to use because you'll have to turn them around backwards to use them. Now that doesn't work with all door knobs that are round because some are more disc shaped than others and that also means they're not going to spend like they're supposed to. They do group really well and they're difficult to take off but be mindful that toddlers also have insane strength sometimes and they can snap these off quite easily as they get a little bit older.

Safe and effective
Perfect for keeping my little critters inside or outside of the bathrooms and pantry. 😂 we’ve had them for years and they’ve held up well. Easy to use, not bulky looking.

Works well!
Works well, prevents my tall kiddo from opening doors that should remain closed. Very easy to install, little bit of a learning curve for adults.

Work great
My 2 year old has learned how to open doors now so we had to get these. Easy to put on and do its job.

Good, but difficult to manoeuvre for adults too.
The item does its job, which is keeping the toddler from accessing the knob. However, it turned out difficult for us, adults to manoeuvre. The side inlet wasn’t helping much in grabbing the knob in order to open. Finally we got fed up and decided to remove these and replace them with new knob covers which had silicone grips instead of the hollow inlets to grab the knob. Thankfully, that resolved the issue. Hence, returning these ones.

If you have small door knobs or it just drives you crazy to use this thing when opening your door - first put a Broccoli elastic around your door knob, then install the knob cover. It makes it ridiculously easy to open the door.

for some reason this didn't fit on our round door knobs and we had to return - either we didn't do it right or the size needs to be checked before purchasing
