I've tried a bunch of different brands of saffron and i like this one the best. I've purchased it in the past and then it was unavailable for a short period if time. During that time i tried other brands. This ones nice because its 100mg. The 87 or whatever the others are, just doesn't cut it for me and i didn't feel like they were actually working. I noticed this helps curb my appetite and i definitely saw an improvement in my mood while on this. Awesome for a natural supplement like saffron! I'll keep buying this product as long as i can. I only rated 4 stars instead of 5, since i was unable to order it for a while. Definitely recommend.

Starting my 3rd week on the product not much weight change but i have lost 1in.. i also do intermittent fasting w lots of water and stay active... it does control appetite although i start to crave sweets in the evening but easy to resist. I'm going to continue to product and do another review soon.

I love how this is a 90 day supply. You rarely see that anymore with supplements. I felt an enhanced mood, and didnt get bothered as easily at work taking these. "Natures Prozac" lol

Once a day supplement that helps keep your appetite suppressed and helps loose weight with slight exercise, I have lost 5 pounds in the 3 weeks I have started this supplement. I take mid morning to help stop mid day snacking and has seemed to help keep my sweet snack snacking to a minimal not craving sweets or snacks as much, I do eat 3 well portioned meals a day. Great supplement, I plan on keeping in my regimen for at least 6 months and then will reevaluate for me at that point. Happy with Ssffron pure extract so far.
