Difficult to twist
When new, the threads were nearly impossible to twist open and closed. After moving it through the full range of the screw a few times it eventually did work, but the device has never operated smoothly.

Used this to charge some pag oil into the a.c. had no problems with it. Good to go.

This tool really works.
I bought this tool so I could add some oil to my A/C system on my car. I replaced the A/C condenser and had to add some oil to the system that I had already evacuated. I attached the tool hose to the system after adding the oil to the tool and just slowly turned the end of the tool to add the oil. When the handle had bottomed out the oil was had been added. That is all there is to it.Zeb

This item,is an absolute must if you got air conditioner units...so we can top up the compressor oil for quite and cold performance of the ac unit.It advertised this thing can do r410 unit,but it doesn't come with the adapter,so I got a separate adapter and it work fine . for r22,r134,r410.
