- All fragrances are new and have never been used or tested. Due to FDA regulations with products containing alcohol, most vials come partially filled by the manufacturer. PLEASE NOTE that the shorter vials usually come " half filled" but they are thicker in diameter and should contain the advertised net weight of product. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact your seller for a resolution.
