Plus point: plugs are a tight fit into the sockets; the adjustable supports at the rear give it stability when plugging IN, but negative point: when removing plugs the tight fit puts stress on the whole unit. So it's really great if you don't need to unplug what you've plugged in.

Good adapter, switchable sockets

Bought this all-in-one plug extension mainly because of the linear layout, and it’s turned out to be a really good design choice. I needed a multiplug for one of my kitchen sockets to plug in my Alexa, smart meter & vacuum cleaner battery charger as well as having a spare plug. I could not find previous model I bought from Amazon - it is ideal. So I opted for this one. As a 4 gang multiplug it does what it says. It’s just bigger than the previous one and doesn’t give the same clearance from the countertop. The switches work & it says it’s surge protected. Does almost everything I wanted. Probably better suited to an office environment than a kitchen.
