Great Sturdy Rope Made With Clean Materials
Its a great tug and fetch toy. Very durable, my dog is a destroyer of toys and this rope has lasted a few months and is still going, He has almost ripped it in half now but has destroyed other rope toys in hours. I will buy this again and again. It's simple, affordable, and effective.

Dogs love it, but the quality could be better
Of the rope toys I ordered recently, this one is probably my dogs' favorites - they LOVE playing tug-o-war with this toy and it's perfect for that use. However, the quality of isn't as high as the other rope toys I ordered. It's already started to fray and the knots are starting to come apart. I will most likely order another one because it's not expensive and it's a great length for what the dogs use it for.Edit 10/18 - our dogs have been playing with this on and off for a full month now. The rope is still intact. They still play tug-o-war with it. The fraying knots are still fraying, but that's from our puppy chewing on them, not from the tug-o-war.Edit 10/31 It finally died and had to toss it (rope threads are not good for the intestines). Again, it was due to gnawing and not tug-o-war. Will most likely purchase another and hide it so she can't chew on it, but when they see it, they'll get excited and want to play with it.

Great rope toy for dogs any size
Love this toy, my dogs n.1 pick for tug of war. Also works for chewing, great for teething pups. Mine hasn’t destroyed it yet as the rope is pretty thick and durable.

EXCELLENT QUALITY
I have a German Shepherd/Pointer mix who is 10 months old. He has been in the throes of teething and destructive exploration. He's chewed up clothing and shoes. He chewed a hole in our couch and one in our brand new mattress (He was never left home alone until this point but as my mother came to visit and my boyfriend was back at work, I had no choice but to trust him alone for about an hour a day for 3 or 4 days... he clearly didn't earn that trust). He loves ropes because he can gnaw them, whip them around, and play tug of war or fetch with them at any given time. We love ropes because they keep him occupied and relieve his desire to chew things. Unfortunately, he was destroying rope after rope after rope. Some ropes were worrisome because they would quickly start fraying and falling apart. We would have to help remove strings he has swallowed from his behind while he was out doing his business... My boyfriend's mother picked up a Mammoth TireBiter tire and rope toy for him but it was much too small. Still, he loved it and it stood up very well to his chompers despite being way too small/weak for him. Looking for a larger version of the Mammoth TireBiters, I stumbled across this rope toy and gave it a shot. Let me tell you, I don't think I will ever buy rope toys from any other brand! We have had this rope for over a month and it is still going strong. It does show some small signs of wear and tear but you would swear we bought it last week. It is very strong and durable. It has held up through many long gnawing sessions. It has been put through countless hours of fetch and tug of war with no signs of giving out any time soon. I am so in love with this rope and so is my pup!

X-Large size for my 3 large pups, but demolished in less than a month
This was larger than I expected and that is a good thing. I have 3 dogs that range from 55lbs to 75lbs and they love to play tug. My dogs also have powerful jaws (2 Dutch Shepherds and a GSD/Boxer mix). This rope is long enough so they can all play at once (and still have enough space apart). I can even jump in to play tug with them without being too close to their jaws, as they vie for a better hold.I wrote a promising review of this rope previously, but a couple of weeks later I have to change my opinion.I was highly enthused by the size and seemingly toughness of this rope. However after just a few weeks with my aggressive tuggers it is quickly disintegrating. I have not seen any of them just chewing the rope, they play tug with it amongst themselves.I have another all cotton rope that has lasted for many months and now looks better than this new one. As I examined why that might be that a full cotton rope was lasting longer. I believe the rope was woven much tighter on the first one. It shredded only half as much but also they have been playing with it for several months. With this new rope, I have so much string debris on the floor, I am concerned my dogs may also ingesting a lot as well.Since this is a mixed synthetic rope with some cotton, it can wreak havoc with dogs digestive system. So I would caution people to be very careful if you see a lot of thread laying around. I keep the ropes indoors for winter play for my pups, so I am able to see the strings on the carpet, which have been a lot. The rope is pretty shredded in just 3 weeks of play. I am disappointed as they love playing with the rope. Now I may have to discard it.If your dog(s) are not aggressive with their rope as mine are, it will be probably be okay. Just be careful and if possible check your dogs' stool for large amounts of string.

The pup loves it!
I have a dog who loves to play with my 3 year old, but lately he has been getting dish towels and playing tug of war with her. I told him that I would get him a rope to play with her and for the price, this one is perfect! It isn’t massive, but is big enough that I don’t have to worry about her accidentally biting my son’s hand. It is durable and has held up which is a testament in and of itself considering how quickly she destroys her toys.

Super chewer
Our dog is a super chewer. She destroys indestructible toys in hours. But, not these ropes. She really enjoys them and they last. Definitely worth it.
