USA Pan 1140LF-SW-W-1 Stoneware Loaf Baking Dish

Awesome product!!I received the product today. Packaging was good. There were no quality issues with the pan. It came intact. The pan is quite a sturdy & heavy one. I didn't expect it to be so heavy. I am very happy with that.I baked a bread today & it has come out very well. I made a dough of 4 cups (1 cup is 250 ml) of flour. After baking it, it came out of the mould very clean, without sticking. Very happy with this product. I recommend to everyone who is passionate about baking bread varieties to use this pan. I really feel it's worth the money spent..

It’s a very well-built, very sturdy pan — top-notch quality. The 10x5x3 (LxWxH) inch measurements make it a bigger pan than a standard-size pan, which would be about 9x5 inch i.e. the 1-1/4 pound version. I chose the bigger size version because I like my breads and cakes to have the kind of controlled shape a bigger pan provides, rather than tall “dome” bakes you get in standard size pans. However, the seller did not pack this properly at all. The pan was just kept inside the carton bare. No insulation whatsoever. I am surprised it got to me in one piece. Beware while opening the package because you can easily scratch the pan with the scissor/knife or whatever tool you use to open packages.

It's so much better than the cheap-o Indian or Chinese made loaf pans one had to contend with due to lack of alternatives. Weighing in at 607 gms it's thrice the weight of the above mentioned pans. Seems to me it will last through generations. Made of aluminised steel sheet metal the heat conduction is superb. Results in beautifully browned bread and cake crusts. The corrugate surface helps heat convection. Only negative I can think of is the folded sheet metal construction requires more care and cleaning effort. Remember to hand wash with a soft sponge and warm soap water to get the crumbs out. Do not scrub with the rough scouring side of your scrub lest you damage the siliconised coating.

It's not flimsy, has a decent weight which is good. I have their 9x13 pan which I find easy to clean. I've not used this one yet. Bought it since I wanted a good quality loaf tin for a fruit cake. It is also a big size that I was looking for, 10x5x3. For a 1.5kg cake.Only complaint is that there was no cushioning material inside the packaging box. Just a thin plastic cover so it was moving around in the box. Luckily the pan was not damaged.Also it would have been useful if it had handles on the side, like most loaf pans. But still, I like the overall quality.

The moment you will pick it up; you would know what a good quality bakeware feels like. It weighs 2.5 times of a regular loaf pan you would buy on Amazon, if you are serious about baking, invest only in quality bakeware and if aluminum is the material, just buy USA Pans.Ceramic and glassware are other options ofcourse which may arguably be healthier too but aluminum will give you consistent results every time.

So happy to receive my USA bakeware pan today. I had an issue with my first order and the seller was very prompt in replacing the product. Thank you for the replacement.My first bake in the pan is a carrot cake. Got an even colour throughout. Did not use parchment paper and yet it came out very easily.Along side I baked the cake in another tin with parchment paper and both the cakes looked same - evenly baked. I have attached the picture of the cake and the clean tin. Along with the other cake for comparison. I recommend this productHope it continues to perform like this every time I bake

This pan is worth the every rupee spent. Does not even require much greasing. The recipe I follow is just enough for this tin & gives a beautiful crown. Looks like it will come in handy for Xmas fruit cake & my favourite Date & Walnut loaf and the ubiquitous banana bread. Very happy with the purchase

Highly recommended ...Perfect for 4 cups of flour (1 cup= 250ml)I have taken 2 1/2 cup of flour, that's why it has risen within the tin..But results are altimate.Perfect sturdy, easy to clean and perfect thickness.. Quite heavy also.

Very heavy, well constructed. Bread just falls out of the pan. Highly recommended. Made in the USA!!

The 'non stick' silicone coating wore off after a year and a bit.. I contacted the company but they said in order to replace it would have to pay shipping since Im in canada.. which is as much as buying a new one on amazon.

USA Pan es una excelente marca para hornear, muy duradera, fácil de limpiar y no se le pega nada. Además de que cómo el material es grueso, el horneado es muy homogéneo.
