Keeping it clean
It looks great, the brush works fantastically. I have it for a while and its not showing any signs of tare. Only minor complaint is that the base should be a bit heavier, sometimes when I lift up the brush out of the base the whole base moves and can tip over.

Delivered without the brush
Not sure what good a toilet brush is without the the brush, but that's exactly what I got. When I tried to look into it, Amazon directs you back to Umbra who refuses to help me since I bought it through Amazon (who I also cannot get in touch with). What a ridiculous circle.

The Peanut Butter is Missing it’s Jelly
This toilet bursh holder looks just like the pic and I WOULD be totally happy with it if it hadn’t come in an open bag, scuffed up with black marks. Oh yeah, and there’s no brush. This package was haphazardly thrown together. Now I have to make contact with Amazon which will be a headache for me.
