Very sticky have thrown away
This product is unusable due to it being very sticky and leaving residue on socks / feet. It’s unusable so I had to throw it away. If it was covered it would be ok but no good as is.

I have had gel soles before but these are seriously inferior.1. very flimsy ,hard to fir in shoe2. Arch support is to high and hard to get into shoe3. Sticky4. IN THE BIN

They are good but do not fit my own needs
I have been trying to re source my inserts since the original supplier discontinued them.I thought I had found a suitable replacement as they looked similar apart from the blue fabric covering.But when I put them into my shoes I noticed the side was so much higher and uncomfortable

La pintura azul genera una información errónea para el comprador pues da la impresión de ser una almohadilla para zona de metatarso pero no es así. No tiene por tanto ninguna almohadilla en esa zona

Bien, mais un peut trop fin
Je crois qu'il répondre à la besoin, mais pour plus de confort il faut un peut plus d'épaisseur! Après utiliser 5x, elle continue impeccable!

Il a fallu les découper à ma pointure , et les enduire de talc des deux côtés pour les enfiler dans les chaussures et les pieds ensuite....Mais elles tiennent leur promesse ! J'ai fait des randonnées sans douleur , et pourtant avec un pied accidenté , c'était pas gagné ! Je les conseille vivement mais avec du talc !

mais comme la matière colle un peu, je place une mince semelle de protection au-dessus afin de pouvoir glisser mon pied dans la chaussure
