I was hesitant to get a laptop stand at 1/4 of the price of the Apple-endorsed version (Twelve South HiRise), but I ended up pulling the trigger on it. And I have no regrets - the unit came in a tiny box, assembly was trivial, and the stand is way sturdier than the HiRise unit I have been using for years

Love this more than I thought I would... I needed it to be higher but I knew that when I bought it. Got some round non skid pads at the grocery store and stacked them on all 4 points on the bottom to raise it another 3 inches and it’s still stable and sturdy... works perfect for the position I need it at for my morning meetings. You won’t be sorry you bought this!

I am a teacher and I have been having neck pain teaching digitally. This works so well. Its elevated at the perfect height and my neck does not hurt anymore. It is very sturdy. I also used it to look at recipes online while I was cooking meals. Very versatile.

I purchased a more expensive stand several months ago to use at home. Now that I am going back to work I wanted another one to keep on my desk at work. this stand is a great value. It is heavy and sturdy like the expensive one, but much more reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this stand to anyone who is thinking about purchasing to use w/ a laptop. NO more neck pain due to looking down. Works great for video meetings/ zoom meetings.

Needed a stand to help keep my neck from hurting due to me having to look down on the screen. I have a dual display setup and the monitor I could adjust to the right height but needed this stand to bring the laptop to the same height as my monitor. It holds the laptop well and is sturdy. It provides enough space underneath to store papers, keyboard and mouse when not in use.My only complaint (hence 4 stars) is that the rubber grip that the laptop sits on wasn’t all the way glued down and one of the clips that holds the base and side together wasn’t completely attached (see pictures). I was able to get the clip snapped back on, and it held the side to the base. The other side has the same clip piece and that one is very secure. For the price though it does the job and for me, I have less neck pain since I can look straightforward and have both the laptop and monitor at the same level.If you are looking to reduce neck strain and create a more level and comfortable view of your screens, especially if your running another monitor, this does a good job!

Very nice laptop stand - it's easy to type on the laptop on the stand without straining your wrists or bending the stand itself, or use an external keyboard underneath the stand. I am clumsy and it's already saved my work laptop twice from coffee/tea spills.It holds the laptop securely with rubber grips on the stand and I have not had any issues with sliding. Also good for video calls/interviews since the laptop is more aligned with my face. Wish I would have bought this ages ago!I deducted one star because one of the rubber feet broke during transport and doesn't lock in completely, causing the stand to fall apart if I need to move it. However, the stand works perfectly fine pressed against a solid surface.

Works perfectly for my 13” laptop. I put the external keyboard under the PC when not in use. Setup was a breeze. Nice finish.

The description said this is 6" tall, if that matters to you, as it did to me, then know this is barely 5.5" tall. I'm using it over my piano keyboard so the little bit of height was important.That said, it's super easy to put together, and fairly stable even though you can bend the metal arms if you try.

Bought for hubby’s laptop to stop it over heating & also to help him sit properly. Seems to have solved it hose issues. It’s good quality & super easy to assemble.

Works like a charm, and literally half the price of my twelve south laptop stand. Granted the twelve south stand is a single piece with no seams. However, since I was getting laptop stands for my daughters, I thought I would give this a try. The build quality is good. The aluminum has some heft to it, and the pieces snap together nice and clean, and firmly.
